    Previously in Just My Luck:

                    Spencer and Ashley try and have their happy ending, until Kyla calls and Lauren’s in the hospital with a broken arm doped up on Vicodin and Morphine. Tommy, Lauren’s boyfriend, is now on Ashley’s hit list.

     

     

     

     

    “just give him a chance ash…that’s one thing my mom never gave you…” Spencer asked of me as we walked back to our daughters room in the hospital with our terrible watered down coffee…

    “…I just…I don’t know, i doubt this is how your mom felt when I brought you to the hospital…” I said to her

    “um…I wouldn’t be so sure…my mom thought it was all your fault…just like how you think this is all tommy’s fault…”

    “it is his fault!” I said

    “but he made a mistake. And I bet he realizes it and is terrified to even talk to either of us right now…”

    “…Spencer, I know what you’re saying and I’m not going to talk to him…I think I might strangle him…” I admitted calmly to my wife

    “…what happened to being mature adults…” Spencer said stopping me outside of Lauren’s room

    “woah, I never said I was going to be a mature adult…” I said holding my hand up the clarify then Spencer gave me ‘the look’ and I sighed and then walked into the waiting room

    Tommy was still sitting with his dad, and when Tommy saw me walk into the waiting room he stopped talking to his dad and stood up looking nervous

    “hey ash…” Mike, their dad said a little irritated with tonight’s events

    “hey mike, can I talk to Tommy for a sec?” I asked

    “yeah…I need to take a walk, I feel like I’m about to strangle him…” his dad laughed then got up and walked away

    “I bet you feel the same way…” Tommy said then I sat down

    “Tommy you can sit…” I said then he sat quickly across from me “and I did feel like that, but not anymore…” I started “…you can breath…” I said to the kid who looked like he was turning purple from not breathing then he exhaled and calmed down

    7. Wow, I can’t believe I found this story again. I had read the first three chapters and loved them but didn’t see anything again so I assumed you quit and forgot about the story. Im surprised I found it again by sheer dumb luck! Don’t ever make me wait that long again, you set a new record, lol.
