Edward's words stuck in my head.I felt the same way.Right now Renesme was our main concern.Jasper calmed me but the voice in my head told me to panic.It seemed like lately I'd clung to Jasper all the time.It made everyone uneasy.Jasper was always around me.It annoyed Edward and Alice.They both wanted us to themselves.And lately we had become unseperable.After the weekend was up I went to go pick up Renesme.Alice convinced me to leave her for a couple more days.It wasn't like she was far away or with strangers so I agreed.Edward was becoming slightly depressed without her.He was constantly in the main house with her.I had to pry him from the door so we could go back to the cottage at night.We just sat by the fire every night and talked.About anything and everything.

It was now Friday.Since we didn't sleep it felt like longer.I went to pick up Renesme.I slipped through the door unnoticed.If I was,they wouldv'e stop their conversation.I went to the kitchen and heard Alice and Rosalie.

"I can see her.ROSE!Focus."Alice said.
"WHat's going on Alice?Rosalie are you okay?"Carlisle sounded concerned.
"Shh."Alice said.She knew I was here.

"Bella come here!"Carlisle called for me.

"Hi.Where's the little one?"I asked.I didn't want any bad news today.

"Bella.I can see Renesme now."Alice said reluctantly.
I looked to the table.
"So can I."I was starting to think Alice was going nuts.

"In my mind.I don't know how.I was pretty sure I couldn't see her.Like forever.Her and Jacob.It's not good,Bells.She can't be with him anymore.The wolves.."

"Dogs!"Rosalie yelled.

"Rosalie!Emmett take Rosalie somewhere she can't interupt."Carlisle was very stern.

Emmett and Rosalie left.Along with Esme.She was obviously unhappy.

"Go on Alice."He said now calm.

Edward just came in the door.

"Bella.What are you doing?Girly stuff?"He was happy and I hated to break the news.I repeated everything Alice said.His smile vanished.

"The wolves are going to go against him.Sam is stepping down as Alpha and the new Alpha is getting rid of Jacob and Seth.Jacob knows but he's planning to take Renesme and run."Alice said half paniced until Jasper entered the room.
"He's not taking my daughter!" Edward was freaking out.By now he was pacing back and forth staring at Renesme sitting at the table.

"Daddy!"Nessie yelped.
Edward's frown disappered.He picked her up and left.

"Alice…I"Just then Jasper's hand slipped into mine.I closed my eyes as all the worry went away.
"Thank you Jasper."

"Bella I cant stand you being so anxious.It makes me nervous.Plus I like to show off."Jasper said

We laughed.Alice just stared.Jasper let go of my hand as soon as our eyes met Alice's.We could both tell Alice missed her Jasper and Edward missed his Bella.Unfortunately right now I needed Jasper.And he wanted to help.He gave me something Edward and Alice couldn't.Myself.He gave me,me back.My nerves are always mellow around him.Of course everyone's were but I had a feeling mine were different.

"Thank you Alice.I better go see if Edward is okay?"I hugged her,looked at Jasper and he nodded.That was enough calming.Now he had to get the jealousy out of Alice.
"I'll do the best I can Bella…"She whispered in my ear."Sorry.I get jealous easy.For me Jasper is like Edward for you."

"It's okay Alice.I am kind of hogging Jasper lately.Bye Jasper."I said

"Bye Bella.Be calm please." Jasper pleaded.

"I'll try"We all laughed.

I went home.I ran.It was a rush and a nice change.I was alone and I could go anywhere and as fast as I wanted.

Edward was bundling up Renesme in a coat when I got there.

"Are you ready love?"He asked.
"For what Edward?''

"We are going hunting!"Renesme jumped for joy.

Edward looked up at me.His eyes were as black as night.I placed my hand on his cheek and kissed him.
"Family outing!"I said to Renesme with enthusiasm.

After our family picnic Renesme was sleeping.Edward carried her back.He wouldn't put her down.Even when we were home he kept her in his arms.
"Edward she's fine.She's home now.Come here."I pryed her from his arms and placed her in her bed.

"I want to tear Jacob limb from doggie limb."Edward said seriously.

"Right now we have to wait."

"What's that smell?JACOB!"Edward ran to Renesme's room.

I heard him growl.I went to the room and Renesme was gone.
Edward ran out the door.
"EDWARD!" I kept up with him.If it was Jacob than he already had a head start.Where was he going?Did he really think he could get away with this?
