CH 2

I was walking around the streets of L.A. swimming in

constant thoughts of Ashley. I don’t know what it is about her but

I can’t get her out of my mind. Maybe it’s her beautiful

Brown hair, or her captivating smile, or her intense brown

eyes. Maybe it was everything about her. I look around to

find something, anything to distract myself with and see Ashley and Kyla

helping glen and Aiden. I pretend I don’t even see them and

continue walking. It didn’t work cause as soon as Ashley saw

me she yelled, "Spence!" I look around as if I don’t know she’s

there, "Over here!"

"Oh, Hey I didn’t see you."

"hey so what you doing’?"

"Nothing why?"

"You want to go to the movies or something?"

"I guess why?"

"well you know Aiden right?" she asked being stupid. I mean

he was standing right there

"yeah. How could I forget?"

"I don’t know. Anyway Aiden and I are going to the movies

later and I wanted to see if you would come."

"sure I guess."

"ok ill be over at… lets say… six o’clock?"

"ok I guess ill go home and get ready."

"ok see you later Spence."

"later."

I go home and plop down on my bed. I thought ‘what

am I going to do? I guess get ready to watch Ashley and Aiden

make-out.’ I get up and get ready. I have to take a shower and

everything so I better start now.

-a few hours later-

"DAMN HAIR DRYER!" i yell. "YOU NEVER WANNA WORK

WHEN I NEED YOU TOO." I through the damn thing away.

‘Mom will get me a new one.’ I hear a laugh come from my

doorway and turn around quickly. I see Ashley leaning against

the door frame. "How long have you been standing there?"

"Not long." She laughs. "a few minutes. You ready?"

"Yeah"

We walk outside to her motorcycle and get on. "so when you

going to let me drive this thing?"

"you want to?"

"yeah"

"well come on then."

"Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, NO! I didn’t mean now."

"well I did. Now get your sexy ass up here and drive…"

"ok."

"And don’t kill us."

I wasn’t planing on it, but might as well have some fun, "DAMN! And

I was looking forward to hearing you scream my

name. But I’ll try not to." Lets see what she says to that. Hehehehe.

"You have a perverted mind Miss Carlin." she laughs.

Damn. "I know that’s why you love me."

"Yep I do" did she just say she loves me? "Well you know what

i mean your like a sister to me." Damn it!

We get to the movie theater in one piece. And I see Aiden talking

to some guy. "Who’s Aiden talking to?"

"Your date." WHAT!!!!!!!!!

"NO, NO, NO, NO I’M NOT HERE FOR A DATE I’M HERE

TO HANG OUT WITH YOU AND AIDEN!"

"Well now you have something better to do than watch me

and Aiden make out."

"fine." Why me?
