“I can’t believe that we are done!!”

“yepperz!! We r outta here!!”

We were standing together camera in my hand taking silly pictures.

“Spence!!!” I said jumping on my best friend.

“oh my god! Ashie!”

We both started laughing. Spencer carried me around the County High School courtyard and stopped when she saw someone. I looked up and saw a tall guy with semi-long dark brown hair and brown eyes. Spencer dropped me and ran to him, wrapping her arms around his neck kissing him passionately. I smiled watching them, then pulled out my cell phone seeing a new ems message. I opened it reading, ‘hey babyYyYyY!!! Hope your having fun! I mish u n i love you soo much! Swy ii couldnt b thur wit u.. congrats grad! I love you again n mish u again! *kishkish*’

I was about to text her back when i felt someone crash into me.
“Ash!! Gage made it!!”

I turned to see her. I smiled widely. Then Spence grabbed my phone

“oOoO, is that a loooovvve text from your woman?”

I tried grabbing my phone from her. She kept it above her head out of reach.

“heyy!! Not fair! Your using your height to your advantage!” finally Spence gave up and handed me my phone with a shit eating grin on her face then she came close to me whispering in my ear. “aww ash, i love you n mishh you soo much awww kiss kiss.”

I turned around and slapped her arm. “shut up.” then we heard our principal and deans telling us to line up. Spence grabbed my hand and led us to the line in front of the auditorium which lead to the football field. And finally about 45 minutes later our names had been called out and waited another 45 minutes for the ceremony to be over. “Congratulations class of 2006!”

Ok lets re-cap here. My name is Ashley Davies. Im 17, and just graduated from County High School. My best friend is Spencer Carlin. Well about me… Lets see. Well i got accepted to UNM in Albuquerque, New Mexico, which just happens to be where my beautiful girlfriend of 7 months lives as well, on a full scholarship. Oh yeah im a lesbian. I came out to my friends my junior year. And i dated my first girl that year as well, which didnt work out seeing as that she was confused and ended up cheating on me with two different guys. But anyways thats the past and now i am looking forward.

So my best friend, spencer and i met first in pre-school. Now honestly i dont remember much from that, gimme a break i was only 4! Hehe but yeah, i mostly remember from the 3rd grade we were in separable. But once 4th grade came by we were separated… Spence and i tried to stay close. Coming over every night, calling, but eventually it stopped. Then we made new friends and most of my friends were guys ha, but when middle school came along we had a few classes together but things were a bit… Like wierd between us. But by our freshman year we started talking again. I guess our friendship was ment to be. Fate if you will. And anyways, well we just graduated and with me going to UNM and Spence getting into U of M in Twin-Cities Minnesota, it’ll be the first time being apart in 4 years. Too be honest i got into U of M as well but Spence and I decided to get out of our small town and be on our own then we would come back together next year.

We spent our last summer together rockin it like we always do, partying!

“Ashie!!!”

I turned to see Spencer and Gage, both holding a bottle of… Damn i can’t even tell.

“Spencer!!”

I was soon hugging my friend while Gage stood next to us with a smile on his face, which Spencer noticed.

“baby for the last time we aren’t going to make out. That was a one time, very drunk moment.”

“come on babe, give a guy a break”

oh well about Gage. He and Spencer have been dating for about a year. I honestly think that she could do better. I mean she’s gorgeous! Long blonde hair and clear blue eyes, and of course not to mention a body of a goddess. While Gage was well… Gage. But he makes her happy, and as long as she’s happy he’s ok in my book.

Soon i felt thin strong arms around me. “hey baby”

I smiled knowing who it was and turned around being met with perfect blue-green eyes and lips i couldn’t help but kiss. And i love kissing these lips.

“mmm, baby you remember Spencer.”

Lindsey turned and smiled.

“ahh how could i forget. I am sorry we scarred you Spencer.” Spence soon looked down.

“no kidding i had to like turn up the music and move the mirror. Anything too not see you two!”

They soon start laughing including me. It was the first time Spencer met Lindsey, and Spence being who she is wanted a cherry limeade and living where we do we don’t have a Sonic. So we had to drive an hour to have our cherry limeade. And i haven’t seen Linds in a few months bein that we had a long-distance relationship, we ended up almost having sex in the back seat of her car. Going there and coming back!

“Wait wait, someone tell me this story in detail because i am lost”

“it’s between us girls babe. Maybe you should leave it at that.”

Gage’s smile fell and the three of us couldnt help but laugh harder. And soon i felt Spencer holding me again.

“I am going to miss you, Ash.”

“I am goin to miss you too, Spence.”
