    ashley makes a phone call

    Ashleys POV

    Crap dammit Spence where is it?? You better not come home right now because that would be well that would just not be good. Ooh there right there. Yes I rule. Thank you god! Jeez spence i really dont understand how you organize. but i found your address book so its all good. Now just dial the number and viola, hopefully she answers and hopefully she will talk to me and not be upset i called her or anything.

    “Hello?” a woman says into the phone

    “Hi may I speak to Paula Carlin?” I ask nervously.

    “This is her, and who may I ask is calling?”

    “Hi Mrs. Carlin. Im Ashley Davies. Im dating spencer.”

    “Hi Ashley, its nice to finally well talk to you since we haven’t met in person yet.” Wow she sounds really sincere and nice.

    “Well actually that is what I was calling about. I planned a surprise trip for spencer out to see you. Since I know how much it means to her that we meet. And well I am calling you she doesn’t know im calling you so please don’t tell her. But anyways umm I had planned to fly her and I there in two weeks from now. “

    “Wow, Ashley that is really nice of you im sure spencer will love it. So how are you working out the surprise?”

    “Well I was going to not tell her where we were going and then see if maybe you wouldn’t mind meeting us at the airport?” I ask

    “That sounds good to me. Do you know when your plane is coming in?”

    “Well as long as there are no delays we should be there around 5pm on Saturday the 23rd. is that ok for you I can change that easily if you want?”

    “That should be fine,  if anything changes let me know. And I will make sure to make sure I don’t work and to not tell Spencer about this.”

    “Awesome thank you so much Mrs. Carlin.”

    “Not a problem Ashley and please call me Paula. Feel free to call me any time.”

    “Alright great well I guess I will let you go then Paula it has been good talking to you. “

    “It was nice to finally talk to you to Ashley. I guess ill see you soon”
