    Final Chapter…

    It seemed like a sleepless night for all of LA. Aiden stayed up all night calling place after place trying to make a wedding reservation but it seemed as though he wasn’t having any luck. After what seemed like the hundredth time he found a place and made the reservations for 10am. Ten in the morning and Spencer was going to be getting married in a church. She never wanted to be married in a church. She always wanted to be married outdoors where the grass was green and the sky was bright and sunny…just not a church.

     

    Ashley stayed up all night making a few calls and arrangements. She had only dared to call Spencer once, but when the call was ignored; she gave up and went about her normal business. She didn’t even know what she had planned to tell the girl in the first place.

     

    Spencer stayed awake throughout the night listening to Aiden talk on the phone and sometimes even curse the person he was talking to. She kept thinking about the good and bad that was coming from this. The good was that she would be with one person and love that person for the rest of her life. The bad…well there was quite a few. One being that there was no more Ashley in her life, another being that she had hurt Ashley and another being that there was no going back. Everything had a consequence right? But was marrying Aiden worth losing that much? But it didn’t matter; it was too late to undo the things she had said. This was a mistake she would have to ride out.

     

    The morning dawned and Spencer and Aiden were in the car and on their way to be married. For Aiden it was marriage, for Spencer, it was her funeral. Aiden switched the radio on and began flipping through the stations landing on one that caught the blonde’s attention. ‘Don’t cha’ by the Pussycat Dolls played loud on the speakers as memories followed through.

     

    As the chorus came along, Spencer turned facing Ashley again and leaned into her shaking her chest while Ashley leaned back. Ashley would lean forward doing the same movement forcing Spencer to lean back.
