It was a busy Thursday for everyone and it was finally over and the threesome couldn’t have been more relieved. It was time to relax and have fun. They had been to practically every night spot in L.A. since the beginning of school and decided to stay in and have a party of their own. Aiden of course was in charge of food, but Ashley was in charge of beverages.
The girls made sure their room was clean and ready before Aiden got there. The mood wasn’t as cheerful as it should have been and there was a very good reason. Tomorrow was Friday and the beginning of a four day weekend.
“I can’t believe you’re going back to Ohio for four days” Ashley said failing to hide her disappointment
“I have to go, my parents are making me go to this family wedding we were all invited to” Spencer responded, carefully putting her clothes into a duffle bag. She let out a deep sigh and turned to face Ashley. “I’m really going to miss…”
Just then a knock came from the door. Damn it Aiden! That boy has the worst timing I’ve ever seen Spencer thought Just when I had a perfect opportunity….
Ashley opened the door, and to both of their surprises it wasn’t Aiden. A few seconds later she closed it, returning to the room with a tall paper bag. “Refreshments are here”
“Who was that?”
“A friend of mine, I had her pick us up a bottle at the liquor store” Ashley said her mood a visibly more upbeat as she removed the bottle from the bag.
“Is that what I think it is?” A smile creeping onto the blonde’s face.
“O yes, Vodka makes everything better, we’re going to have fun tonight”
Aiden arrived a few minutes later, pizza in hand. They sat around just as they did their first night and ate. The room was filled with laughter as they talked about the semester so far.
“Gosh, its so hard to believe it had only been a month and half since school started, it feels like we’ve all been hanging out for years” Aiden said as he finished the last slice of pizza.
