Sea Sick…. – (Chapter: Chapter 1)
"Spencer Marie Carlin hurry up! You are going to make us late for our plane."
"Mom I’m sorry. I just forgot my favorite teddy bear, skirt, tank, shirt, jeans, sneakers, flip flops and dress." bellowed Spencer.
"Did you forget your brain along with that crap? It’s time to go. Now!" Said Paula, not really trying to contain her anger. "You have 5 minutes to get down here or you’re getting left"
She whined "Fine mom, I’m coming"
2 hours LATER……
"Arthur I don’t understand why you allowed her to do that. She did not need the crap in the second suitcase. Then she has the carry on bag. Seriously." Paula stated. "She brought unnecessary things. I’m just her mother and i don’t know better."
"Honey you’re getting worked up for nothing. Let her bring the things she wants they are her responsibility." Arthur said nonchalantly.
"Thanks dad. It was in the smallest suitcase so you know it wasn’t a lot."
He furrowed his brow then continued "Anywho, we should be happy. We are going on Vacation away from work and technology, well mostly the Internet, public television, the biased news and political pigs. Anyway, where are our other children?" He glances around to see only able to see his wife and daughter.
"Argh, Where did that jerk take Manny?" Asks a frustrated Spencer. "He’s probably trying to use him to pick up chicks again. He is the biggest loser on this entire earth."
"He does this a lot, doesn’t he?" asks a concerned Paula
"Yup," Spencer nodded in agreement. "Whenever he get his hands on him."
Arthur replies’ "I’ll go look for them you two just sit here they should be boarding the plane within the next thirty minutes or so." He kisses his daughter on the cheek, then his wife on the the lips and sets off to find his sons.
"Mom I think I should go with him."
While passing fellow passengers and travelers Artur went to relieve himself and check the bathroom. They couldn’t be too far, they were just with the rest of the family minutes ago. He called out their names in the bathroom. NO Answer. Next stop would be the not to far away food court. Seeing how he knows his sons best and knows they both love to eat, it wouldn’t surprise him if they were eating. Passing the Chik-fil-A™ he heard a familiar voice.
