    SPENCER’S P.O.V.

    It’s been a while, and obviously, Emily and Ashley are destined to be together. I mean, it’s been about a year now and they’re still together. We’re in the 11th grade. Me, I’m still single. I guess, I’m still waiting. Waiting to see what will happen with Ashley. What’ll happen with us.

    Emily: “Spence, you’ve been out of the loop waaayy too long. We gotta find you a date.” she said as we walked through the mall.

    I just look at her and roll my eyes, when the hell did I give her permission to call me ‘Spence’?! We’re not even friends, I only tolerate her for Ashley. I don’t even like her. I again, roll my eyes at this joke, then glance over at Ashley who hesitantly looks at me, but says nothing.

    Emily’s walking between me and Ashley. Ashley and Emily hang out so much now. They’re practically joined at the hip. Aiden’s with us too.

    Emily: “So which flavor?” she says prying my eyes away from Ashley.

    Spencer: “Huh?”

    Emily: “Boy or girl, do you want to date a boy or a girl?” I look at Ashley.

    Spencer: “Girl.” I say, still focusing on Ashley. Then she looks at me and we’re just in this…staring contest. She pries her eyes away, then I see her take Emily’s hand. I just continue staring, I focused kind of too hard because…

    Spencer: “Hey!” someone bumped my shoulder when walking by.

    ???: “Sorry.” the girl smirks, slightly biting her lip and rising an eyebrow at me. She turned away and kept walking. I watched her walk away. Not that it meant anything, I was just looking.

    Aiden: “She’s hot.” I shake my head at Aiden.

    Ashley: “Wow, it’s your lucky day Spen. You ask for a girl and there’s your girl.” she says walking towards the girl.

    Spencer: “Ashley no!” I try to whisper sternly at her. She just gives me a goofy smirk and keeps walking towards the girl. WHAT THE HELL?!

    Aiden: “How do you know she’s into girls?” he asks looking at me and Emily. Emily and I just look at each other then at Aiden.

    Spencer/Emily: “She is.” we say in unison. I look at Ashley talking to the girl.

    1. sweet i know i was the only one wanting spence to play the field while ash and emily are together which i hope is just a phase. i can’t wait to see this double date. am i the only one who wants to see spence and ali makeout in front of ash and have ash get super jealous? come on it’d be worth it.

    4. I don’t know if anyone else agrees with me but if I were Spencer I would be very unhappy that Ashley just went up to a girl and asked her out on my behalf when I told her not to! She knows she’s still in love with her and setting her up with a random from the mall isn’t going to change that. On the other hand I agree with prissy020304 this whole double date and Spencer making out with Ali in front of Ash could work out well! Please pms, I love this story.
