Spencer felt her shoulder being tapped again. In utter annoyance, she rolled over in her bed and found Ashley awake, again.

Spencer: "Alright Ash, what is it this time?"

Ashley: "Are you mad at me?"

Spencer looked over at the nightstand clock. 3:30 AM.

Spencer: "You really want to know?"

Ashley: "Yes Spencer I really want to know."

Spencer: "Yes. I am mad at you. For the past couple of weeks it’s like you’ve forgotten about us."

Ashley: "what’s wrong with us? I think we’re doing pretty well right now considering we’re getting married and all."

Spencer: "No Ash, not me and you, Ty and me."

Ashley: "..and I."

Spencer: "It’s not funny Davies."

ashley: "Ow, last names being thrown.."

Spencer sat up in the bed and looked at Ashley.

Spencer: "…Are you…"

Ashley got off of the bed before Spencer could finish her sentence.

Ashley: "Look, baby, I know I haven’t been around lately okay? But it’s only because I’ve been-"

Spencer: "Drinking yourself silly? You kow what, what the Hell is wrong with you?!"

Ashley: "Nothing’s wrong with me, and I’m not drunk either!"

Spencer: "Oh so all of a sudden you just decide to stumble instead of walk huh? And wake me up at 3 in the morning for no particular reason?! Usually when you do this after about oh say-"

She looked at the clock again.

Spencer: "10 minutes you’d be on top of me cumming like there is no tomorrow!"

There was a silence.

Spencer: "I’m so-"

Ashley: "Don’t. Cause you’re not."

Ashley opened the bedroom door and began to walk out. Spencer got a sudden burst of anger.

Spencer: "You know what Ashley? Why the Hell should I be!? You and I both know it’s the truth anyway!"

Ashley stopped in her tracks and turned around to face Spencer.

Ashley: "Okay so what you’re faking it now?"

Spencer: "Okay, stop! Just stop! Talk to me Ash, tell me what’s wrong with you!"

Ashley: "There is nothing wrong with me! I wish you’d just shut the fuck up for once and-"

Spencer: "Excuse me?! Who the fuck do you think you’re talking to?! All I’m trying to do is help and you won’t let me!"

Ashley: "I don’t need your help Spencer! I’m fine! There is nothing wrong with me!! But I’m starting to think that there might be something wrong with you!"

Spencer: "Do not try to turn this on me Ashley!"

Ty: "wwaaaaaaaahhhhhh.."

Spencer: "You know what Ash, just leave! Get out! I don’t want to deal with you tonight!"

Ashley: "Fine! I’m gone!"

Ashley angrily left the apartment and slammed the door behind her.

Spencer took a deep breath and went into Ty’s bedroom. She leaned into his crib and picked up her son. They went into the kitchen, Spencer grabbed a bottle from the fridgerator and gace it to Ty. After his crying ceased, the pair moved into Ty’s rooom again and sat down in a rocking chair.

Spencer: "It’s alright Ty…we don’t need her now do we?"

Ty was silent.
