Ch. 2

           By the time the game started, Ashley had warmed up and pitched such perfect balls that not even the best batter on the team could any of them consistently. Spencer didn’t care about the fact that Ashley was helping her team win by a landslide as much as she cared about how good looking Ashley was. Muscles rippled gently underneath her tan skin; beads of sweat pool around her neck from the hot sun. She was too shy to cheer for Ashley, but she really wanted to say something to her. “Strike 3, YOU’RE OUT!!!” The umpire yelled. That was it; the game was over! Spencer snapped out of her daydream about how nice it would be to touch a dirty, sweaty Ashley and looked back at the field. Crap. Here was her chance to tell Ashley how well she did and talk to her! Maybe… Ashley would ask her out after? No. She wouldn’t… she was too cool for her; besides, her teammates would hang around her after. Spencer nervously played with the notebook in her hands, turning it over again and again before finally working up the nerve to walk down to the field. By the time she started walking down the steps towards the field; Ashley was already by the locker room! “Crap.” Spencer muttered. She hurried over towards the locker rooms to talk to Ashley before she went into the showers. “Ashley?” she said timidly, hearing the nervousness creep into her voice. Steam rose from some of the showers. Spencer peered around the lockers. “Ashley?” she asked, backing away from the showers. “Yeah?” Spencer turned around to see a half naked, dripping wet Ashley. Drops of water fell down her body. Spencer felt her mouth run dry; she had to fight the urge to stare at Ashley’s flawless body before her. “Um…I just wanted to tell you that was some really great…bitching out- I mean, pitching out there.” Spencer said, stumbling over her words. Ashley let out a slight chuckle before smiling at her. “So you followed me all the way from the field into the locker room just to tell me that? How cute.” She said, grabbing another towel from her locker and drying her hair off. “By the way, that was a nice song in your notebook if you don’t mind me saying so. I think it’d sound best on an electric guitar; then again my dad used to play that so I guess you could say I must have a biased point of view.” “Ashley, that was so good! Mmm…how’s my favorite girl?” A tall blonde girl walked up to Ashley and circled her arms around her waist, resting her head on Ashley’s shoulder affectionately. She kissed Ashley’s cheek and pressed into her indecently from behind. Spencer stiffened in jealousy. “Hmm…I’m feelin’ a little hungry, Alexis.” She said, letting the girl’s hand probe through her towel and feel her crotch right there. The two were acting as if Spencer wasn’t even there! Suddenly Ashley seemed to remember Spencer again and winked at her. “Gotta go. See you around, Spence.” She said before closing her locker and walking off with Alexis, who was busy fondling every inch of her body.
