It’s not everyday that a friend you haven’t talked to in four years sends you an invite to a birthday party.
Most people wouldn’t even think to accept the invite, but I’m not most people. Thus I found myself sitting on the couch in the living room as people crowded the room, dancing and talking.
I watched as a girl walked by wiping her mouth and then watched as a guy followed several steps behind her.
Typical.
I decided not long after entering the house that this had been a bad idea, the birthday girl had been eyeing me oddly ever since I got here and I had no idea why.
Suddenly, I didn’t want to be sitting here anymore. I stood up and pushed my way to the back door and made my way outside, shutting the door behind me.
I took a deep breath of sort-of-fresh air as I enjoyed the near-silence.
The porch was only ever-so-slightly lit up, while the rest of the yard was shrouded in pitch darkness.
I sighed and looked back, from where I could still here the music.
I turned back, looked around once, and then made my way slowly off the porch and into the backyard.
I couldn’t see, but I had seen the backyard earlier and it hadn’t changed much since the last time I was here, so I knew I was safe.
I wandered over to what I believed was the middle of the yard and slipped my hands into my pockets and lifted my gaze to the sky.
I could just make out a few stars or maybe they were planes. I couldn’t tell for sure.
I heard what sounded like someone’s breathing and I spun around quickly and towards where I thought I heard them, “Is someone there?”
There was no response and my heart beat sped up and my breathing got erratic.
Suddenly I heard the breathing behind me, so I quickly spun around, “Who’s there?”
Once again the breathing seemed to stop and disappear.
I swallowed and took a step back. I stopped dead when I ran into someone.

wowiiie. that was hawt! lol @ the a/n. i hate aiden too. i actually wrote a chapter in my story specifically for torturing aiden XD and btw i have no idea why anyone would mark 4 instead of five cuz your posts are awesome! *pirate voice* with a capital (ARRR!) wow im such a nerd. :)

i have the same problem with the five/four star thing makes me not feel like writing cuz i agree they deserve five star stories but than i realized not to worry about those to much and just the comments on the stories. some people judge to hard some times. but this one was just as good as any other you’ve written which are so great your writing makes all of us feel good…in a lot of ways haha but no i still like the emotion you put into it besides just the sex you know. you put all aspects in it making it the perfect balance pms

fantastic as always! glad you’re not actually ending this series. for what it’s worth I think all of your one shots are 5 stars. hell I’d rate higher if I could because you’re brilliant! and thank god you’re against ashden and spaden. but I do love when aiden gets fucked over because it’s hysterical. lol and “M.D.’s Boarding School for Horny Teenage Lesbians” dude that was too funny. and yea that story is fucken awesome. anyway this one was great in my opinion but hey that could be just me!
hahaha yah i love the rant but i have to say the 5 stars thing is a joke someone goes and deletes one off of all of the storyies so dont worry we think its 5 stars just give this one time and itll be 4 instead of the 5 its at right now it always happens :( haha yah i love m.d’s boarding school for girls lol its great almost or equaly as great as this one :) and a leave of absence,break same thing we already miss you *pouts* :) this one was great,even though im horny as hell and wished my birthday was in december instead of june right now lol but hey in june you have to write a summer one-shot you know they could be in the pool or hot tub or in the bed doesnt matter to me lol :) pms please :) loved it

GAH I should’ve known I would be turned on after reading this, and I always choose the worse times to read your stories! Haha too hot. The scent thing is no joke I have fallen for people based largely upon how amazing they smell. Weird right? Scent is tied very intimately to long term subconscious memory and eroticism so science totally backs me up. Your a/n cracked me up. We all have schizophrenic moments sometimes it’s quite alright :D
