    I sat in my seat in the middle of the class, biting my nail, nervously waiting for the stupid gift exchange to begin.  Most classes had secret Santa and the names drawn usually got switched around.  Some teachers fought this by writing down the name drawn immediately after the person drew it; some had even gone so far as to assign names.  Often times this still didn’t help because students would just converse after class and friends would still buy friends gifts, the gifts would simply come from their secret Santa.  Of course the recipient would either already know or would quickly learn who really bought their present.  And that is why I find myself in my current predicament.  My teacher decided that the best way to fight the problem was to not assign people a person to shop for at all.  Instead, she decided we should do something she called white elephant.  


    Everyone bought a gift within the price range and brought it to class.  All the presents were then placed on her desk, largest in back and smallest in front.  Students were then supposed to draw numbers out of a hat to see who sent first, second, and so on.  The first students would open a present and tell the class what he or she had opened before sitting back down.  My problem was the next part where the next student got to pick to unwrap one of the presents still on the desk or steal the present the first person had opened.  Each student afterwards had the option to steal one of the presents already opened or unwrap one that hadn’t been.  The person whose present was stolen then got to either steal a present or unwrap a new one.

    This was a problem because instead of doing the normal pick a number from a hat, the teacher had decided to “reward students with good grades.”  That of course meant that the kid with the lowest grade went first and the kid with the highest grade went last.  In some games, the person who went first was allowed to go again but not in this game.  Unfortunately, my idiot boyfriend gets to go first while I get to be one of the last people to go.  That may not seem like such a big deal but Madison, my over confident best friend, convinced me to make my present specifically for him.  She’d convinced me to make my gift a card that stated that the recipient could make me be their slave for a total of 24 hours.  The hours did not have to be used consecutively either and the card never expired.  I only agreed to her stupid plan because she warned me that Aiden might lose interest in me since I was “innocently boring.”  I think she meant that I am a prude.

    5. wow you tease. Okay, so this is hard present for the tour or crop circles. i loved present for the tour but i really want to know what happens with crop circles. soooo….. my vote is for crop circles

    21. this is awesome! just like everything you write. and as for my vote, it’s not from the PC stories it’s from the Mute Your Crave for Smut stories, I want to see a sequel to ‘Dis’. can’t believe I’m the only one to have said that so far… that was definitely one of my favorites
