Telling Charlie and Renee

Bella- pov

Ok so telling Charlie about mine and Edwards engagement didn’t go down as well as I though it would. He flipped out as I though he would but that’s before he though I was pregnant and he flipped out even more and if it weren’t for the fact that I was sitting there he would have thrown Edward out the house and locked me up and throw away the key.

To him I was it baby girl his princess or maybe he didn’t want me to leave because it would leave him with all the housework and cooking to do which he wasn’t very good at.

“DAD please calm down” I said while Edward was sitting next to me holding me in my seat. I knew why Edward was holding me down so tightly cause I knew my dad and what he was thinking. I whispered to Edward “ he wants to get his gun out don’t he, he wants to shoot us” Edward looked at me and started laughing.

“Love he would never hurt you but he might try and shot me but he would only ever end up hurting himself or you that’s why I want you to stay sitting down encase he goes of at you a bit to much” Edward whispered so that I could only hear what he was saying.

“Are you saying my dad could lash out at me and hit me” I whispered to Edward who gave me the funniest look ever and said “ only you would think I mean’t that” and chuckled to himself.

It was then when dad calmed down . Well not completely calmed down but calm enough that Edward laughed at what Charlie was thinking. “ what he thinks I don’t think will happen” Edward said in my ear. Which confused me untill Charlie spoke.

“ok so your getting married congratulations I guess but Bella you have to tell your mum and Phil.” Charlie said with a smug smile spreading across his face.

Ok now I saw what Edward was going on about he thought my mum Renee would object to me getting married at a young age which she did with Charlie she couldn’t really complain.
