The first period went by extremley slowly forSpencer as the whole time was spent not listening to the teacher and instead exchanging glances with Ashley.there would be moments where Spencer was staring at Ashley as ashley looked up and at these moments Spencer would look into those deep mocha eyes and feel an unfamiliar heat rise from her toes to her head and a deep red would tinge her cheeks.At these moments Ashley would let a massive grin creep over her features.

The bell rang signalling the end of the period and Spencer quickly grabbed her books and hurried out of the classroom,but just as she thought she was a safe distane from the classroom she heard someone call out her name.

”hey,spencer wait up”,ashley shouted across the hall.

”oh,eh hey”,spencer replied staring at her shoes knowing that if she looked up into those deep brown eyes the burning feeling would return.

”so,sorry about yesterday you were just asking for help and i totally bit your head off”,”no worries” replied Spencer still staring at her shoes.

”anyway there’s a party tonight at some jocks house and i wondered if you wanted to come,you know as a way of saying sorry…… not that that’s the only reason you know”

”shit davies you’re babbling,ah what’s wrong with you now you’ve made yourself look like a complete ass”.

”i’d love to”,replied Spencer with a 1000 watt smile.

”cool,so i’ll pick you up at 8”,ashley beamed.

”i’ll see ya then” spencer said as she watched Ashley wlk back down the hall”.
