    Spencer goes to the club..

     Chapter Five: I wish there was a way..

    Her dreams haunted her every time her eyes closed. Images of Spencer and someone new disturbed her and some how there was no way of escaping it. I wish there was a way I could go back…

    The club was dark. Lights were flickering. Bodies were molded together in one group of sweat and lust. As the group of four came into the club, the quickly found a spot to claim, as they all slid into a booth in the corner. It had been an okay evening for Spencer. Dinner was nice, and she enjoyed the time she spent with Aiden, Charlee, and Reed. 

    “Who wants to dance!?” Charlee said with excitement, pulling Reed up and out of the booth, showing he had no choice in the matter.

    “I’ll pass for now” Spencer said putting her hand up, then looking over to Aiden. Shaking his head no, he looked over to Spencer and smiled.

    “Thanks for being my ‘date’ tonight”, he said with a wink. “I miss having you around!”

    “Awe! Aiden, you’re sweet! Tonight has been fun, I’m glad I came.” Spencer replied with a smile, looking over at how cute Charlee and Reed were on the dance floor.

    “Well I actually have some really good news, I wanted to tell you before I told everyone else!”, Spencer stared with wonder, “ Triangle has promoted me to an actual sales position. Instead of making appointments all day, now I can actually go and make a sale!”

    Pulling Aiden in, Spencer gave Aiden a hug. “Aiden! I’m so proud of you! Congratulations! When do you start?”

    “Well I’ll be in the office Monday for training, and Tuesday morning I’ll be going out to San Diego.  There are a few schools out there so hopefully it’ll go well! I’ll be back Wednesday night probably”

    “Well I’ll miss you around the office! You’ll have to call and let me know how it goes!” Spencer said genuinely.

    “Of course, without question”, Aiden said. After a few minutes of just mindless chatter, Spencer could tell Aiden wanted to go out on the dance floor. Knowing he wouldn’t unless Spencer was with him, she stood up from the booth.

    11. God! This fic is just to diabolical and harsh! Fuckin Paula! *slaps Paula*. Christine couldn’t just pulled Ashley out of USC like that. And fuckin Paula! *slaps Paula’s bitch ass, again*. I really hope that Spencer finds out her mom had something to do with Ashley’s disappearance, fairly quickly. I mean, of course, not before she finds out the sitch with Ashley, but I want her to find out how sick her mom really is quickly. I can tell that Aiden is gonna run into Ashley, and I really hope she tells him everything and he tells Spencer, because Im sure Christine probably has people watching her. I am actually surprised that Ash didn’t try to leave, even with her mom’s threat, what is she gonna do? Kill her? I highly doubt it. And nothing short of that would have kept me away from Spencer. As soon as I got enough money I would have been on the first bus or plane, back to LA. I am kinda disappointed in Ashley for staying away. Ash is an adult, she shouldnt let herself be controlled like that. I really hope that Spencer is informed soon.
