When Bette woke up, she found Tina standing at the foot of the bed, holding a tray. She had a big smile on her face. «Good morning sweetie. Did you sleep well ?»
«I slept great. Must have been all the exercise I had last night… What is all this?», Bette asked as she sat up.
«This is your breakfast, baby. You have orange juice, coffee, toasts with strawberry jam and some fruits. I thought you would enjoy a little R&R», Tina explained as she settled the tray over her lap.
«Thank you T», Bette told her, giving her a gentle kiss.
«Baby ? I had an idea when I woke up this morning… Why don’t we get out of L.A. for a few days. This whole thing with Joe has been hard on both of us and we could use a little fun. Beside, with him still lurking I think we would be safer away from here»
«What did you have in mind ?», Bette wanted to know while eating her breakfast.
«We don’t have to go very far… I was thinking driving down to San Diego. I was just browsing the net and I found a charming little bed & breakfast down by the beach. What do you think?».
Bette smiled. «I think it’s a wonderful idea. When did you want to leave?»
«As soon as you finish eating…»
«What ? I have to pack and…», but Tina cut her off. «Actually, I already did that while you were still sleeping»
Bette whistled. «Wow, I must have been tired to have slept through all this. OK, I’m all finished now!», Bette announced, half of her breakfast still on the tray. She smirked. «I’m sorry, I just want to get out of her…», she explained. Smiling, Tina brought the tray back to the kitchen, leaving Bette to get dressed. She put on a pair of jeans and a blue tank top. She grabbed her crutches and hobbled to the living room, waiting for Tina to join her. They turned the alarm system on and stepped outside.
«Do you want me to drive?», Tina asked as they walked to the car. «No, I’m fine…», Bette replied. Bette put her crutches in the back while Tina sat down in the car. Before they left, Bette put the top down. They pulled out of the driveway and Tina turned on the radio. The song «Pretty woman» came on… «I think they’re talking about you», they said in unison. They both cracked up laughing and started singing loudly. It felt good to be having fun instead of worrying about Joe, still nowhere to be found.

I kept thinking why don’t they jut put the beds together (lol). Glad they got away for awhile. Hope lurking Joe is around.
It took them long enough to figure out the bed situation. Glad they are enjoying thier time away without having to worry about crazy Joe. PPS

We love reading about these two so you keep writing. Are they slow or what, the bed would have taken less than 5 seconds to figure out. Never push twins together they come apart at the worst times.

sex on the floor on top of a mattress is hott. they made the right move, my wife and I were in the similar position a few years back and we joined the twin beds together…boy was that a mistake. Rmao. had the bump for days afterwards to prove it.
