    The meeting and a guest…

    Chapter 167

     

    Bette reaches for Tina’s hand again. She looks at Julia and the tears starts to fall again. Their eyes meet, and it doesn’t take long before Julia’s eyes are dripping too.

    They stand there, both almost paralyzed for several minutes. Tina and Jessie is standing by, looking from Bette to Julia and then to each other. Finally Julia breaks the silence.

    “Hi.” She says.

    “Hi.” Bette replies.

    Julia studies Bette, she suddenly got this urge to hug her mother She slowly starts walking towards Bette. She stops a feet away.

    “I do look like you.” Julia whispers and wipes the tears away.

    Bette just watches Julia, also wiping her tears.

    “I can’t believe you’re standing in front of me.” Bette finally says.

    “Yeah, me either.” Julia replies.

    “This is all a little surreal I’ve been looking for you for years never found you and then” Julia says. She has to take an extra breath.

    “I know, I’ve been looking for you too.” Bette says softly.

    Tina motion with her eyes that she and Jessie leave them alone for a while. Tina picks up Matt and they walk into the nursery.

    Bette and Julia are left alone.

    “Let’s sit.” Bette says and motion with her hand to the couch and chairs. They sit down. Julia in a chair opposite Bette.

    “So I don’t know what to say or how to start.” Bette says.

    “Me neither I guess I want to know how I got into this world.” Julia says.

    “Good question.” Bette says and smiles a little. “Well, I had just turned 18. I was together with this guy. We had been together for two years. I loved him, I planned on spending my life with him, that was my dream at the time. He was also very supportive of the golf me playing golf. But then suddenly one day, he was gone. He had just up and left. No note, not a word. I never got to tell him about you.” Bette takes a deep breath and wipes the tears. “My mother was not too happy about the new situation, she sent me the remaining two months of the pregnancy to a young mothers center. It was during the summer so I didn’t miss any school. She convinced me to give you up for an adoption. She wouldn’t help, I guess she was too focused on my golf career To count the money or something. So I listened to her. I got to hold you for 5 minutes. I’ll remember those 5 minutes forever. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do. I’ve regretted it ever since.” Bette says and wipes some more tears.

    2. for my opion Maxine have to pay more than that..she is mean..really mean and only looks after Bettes money..she is mean..will Julia live with B&T? maybe not now but after they get to know better think will be great..lol..great chapter post soon thanks :o)

    3. Lauren…WOW, how intense was that with Maxine just showing up. I cannot believe she lied all those years to Bette about her daughter. She was so wrong to keep them apart. I hope Bette & Tina, Jess and Jules get to know one another. But didn’t the pizza delivery guy say there was an accident at the Planet? Did something happen to Kit? Please continue and thanks for the update.

    5. Ok so what happened at the planet????? And julia is gonna go to school there so, is she gonna live with B & T, that’ll be kinda weird, I mean Jessie, her brothers, and Julia all living there, it’s gotta be odd (and lots of parents don’t go for there kids lovers living under their roof). Then again, maybe when Stephanie get out of the hospital Jessie will move back home and Julia will stay with B & T. Hmm guess I gotta wait and see where u take this………..I WAITING!!!!!!

    6. Gret chapter. Did Maxine have a car wreck? Glad Bette and Julia are getting along and it appears that everyone is happy with the present situation. Thanks for the post.

    7. wonderful, they are one big family now…will they do dna test to be sure that julia is bette’s daughter? and what about the planet accident? i hope nobody we know is hurt

Their loves oozes from this terrific tale. Please post soon and remove the bitter taste that is Season 3 from my mouth. I really do adore your wonderful writing.
