"Bette I’m serious!" Tina said. "This is serious. I don’t want you near her, I don’t want her near you. I want her out of our life!"
"Tee baby…" Bette said, "You’re making a big deal out of nothing." Bette squeezed Tina’s hand.
"I’m making a big deal out of it???" Tina practically yelled.
"No, no of course not baby" Bette tried to calm Tina down. "Everything will be okay sweetie."
"Really? When will that be? When she’ll send you more heart shaped chopped liver??"
Bette started laughing.
"Bette that’s not funny" Tina smiled trying not to laugh.
"Baby… it will be fine." Bette said kissing Tina.
"I’m talking to her today."
"Like hell you are!" Bette blurted.
"Excuse me?"
"I mean it Tee I don’t want you triggering anything… I don’t want you alone with her."
"Oh really?"
"I’ll talk to her alone."
"Bette I don’t want you alone with her!" Tina insisted.
"See? I’m the same babe."
Tina sighed, "Fine I won’t talk to her alone."
"Thanks" Bette kissed Tina’s hand.
"I don’t have to like it though." Tina pouted.
Bette kissed the pout away, "I love you, you know?" She pressed her forehead to Tina’s.
"Yeah?" Tina asked looking in Bette’s eyes.
"Yeah" Bette nodded.
"I love you too." Tina said, "So much"
Bette rubbed their noses together then kissed Tina’s lips.
"How is the show coming?"
"Great. Can’t wait to get it done… so we can see your mother again and spend the weekend with her." Bette dryly said.
"I said I was sorry baby…"
"It’s not your fault" Bette dismissed. "Besides maybe it’ll be fun."
"And maybe Magi won’t cause us problems."
"And there will be world peace" Bette concluded.
"Where are you going Bette?" Tina asked as Bette escorted her to the car.
"I’m coming back with you."
"Bette…"
"Tee I just want to make sure you’re okay."
"I’m fine the office is full of people."
"Humor me."
Tina rolled her eyes.
"Thank you" Bette smiled kissing Tina.
They walked up to Tina’s office getting inside Bette looked around.
"Making sure she isn’t here?" Tina smiled.
Bette sat down on the couch, "I never told you how much I like your office."
