Previously
Just as Kit finished her last sentence, Marina spottet Kit talking to Tina and walked towards them. As she did so she put on her brightest smile and she looked absolutely amazing with her hair down and the red dress.
Marina: “Hallo Tina” (kissing Tina on each cheek) “Nice to see you again…….so how do you like the show”
Tina: “Hallo Marina……..Im fine thank you…….the show looks amazing……..and so do you”
Marina: “Well thank you, Tina……….so do you by the way…….are you here with any one?” (while looking over Tinas shoulder)
Tina: “No….Im here alone”
Marina: “Want some company and a private tour of the gallery?”
Tina: “That would be nice…….thank you
Kit: “Huuummmm…….” (while looking at Marina)
Marina: (smiling) “Dont worry Kit……..Tina is in safe hands with me”
Kit: “Year…………thats what Im afaid off”

Chapter 26
While Marina took Tinas arm to guide her around the gallery, Kit went over towards where Bette was standing talking to Lara
She could hear their conversation was about work and some of their unsolved cases. She overheard something about a forensic report and a toxic screen.
Kit: “Hey you two……hows going?”
Lara: “Hey Kit……congratulations on the show…..it really turned out great……you two do wonders together”
Kit: “Year……..maybe we so sometimes” (while looking at Bette)
But Bette was busy looking some where else, because she had spottet Tina together with Marina, walking through the gallery. And she was jealous, because it should be her telling Tina about the art in the gallery. Just as Bette was standing in her own thoughts, Helena came up beside her.
Helena: “The show is a smashing succes Bette darling”
But while Helena talked away to Bette, Bette was in her own thoughts regarding Tina and she wasnt paying any attension to Helena. Helena was not use to being treatet like this, so it startet to piss her off.
Helena took Bettes hand in hers, but Bette withdrew it. “Sorry Helena….but I have to be somewhere else……excuse me!!!”, Bette said.
Bette walked over to were Marina and Tina were standing. She could hear Marina talking to Tina about some of the paintings on the wall.

That was so sweet, thanks for the update. I think Helena and Marina would make an interesting couple, though they both tend to have very strong personalities. I still think Marina could handle Helena. Love the blow off by Bette. Love that Tina could help Bette out, haha. Like your arm in a sling would stop you from Tina.
Would have bet my life saving on who was going home with Bette. v o glad that Bette had told Tina about Helene. Shot Helene in the bullseye. Like how Bette ,let Tina take care of her. Thanks

Thanks for the update. It is good to see Bette put Helena in her place, and it is important that Bette has already talked to Tina about Helena so that she is not jealous of here. Had Bette not had talked to Tina already, Helena could have scored big here. As it stands, Helena is shot down. Hey, maybe Marina could give Helena a tune-up.
Is Bette going to rethink working as a police now that she is in ove with Tina and wants to incorporate her and Charolet into he life? Nice story, please continue.
