Tina walked into the office of her Hollywood Hills Mansion. She sifted through some papers on her desk, putting some in her briefcase and some in a pile next to the laptop.

"Mom I’m going to ride to school with Sarah and her brother okay?" Gillian said.

"Okay but be home for supper." Tina said looking at her blonde blue eyed daughter. "Oh your Dad wants you to call him." Tina added.

"Why he is just going to tell me that he can’t see me for the break." Gillian said.

"For a 14 year old you sure are smart." Tina said smiling.

"I got to go that’s them. I’ll see you later." Gillian said.

"Okay baby, I love and be safe." Tina said.

"Love you too and I will." Gillian said running out of the house.

Tina continued packing her briefcase until her phone rang.

"I am on my way. Listen just tell them that we will start them meeting at 9:30. Who’s the Boss? That’s right I am. They will deal with it. Bye." She said and hung up, throwing her phone in her purse and walking swiftly out of the house.

Tina drove her Red Lexus RX Hybrid through the streets of LA. She and Gillian lived in LA, where Tina advanced quickly through the ranks at the studio but they moved to NY briefly when she was offered a very good position there. They had recently returned to LA, and Tina was now second in command and in charge of the LA office.

Her Assistant Ceil was waiting for at the door to the office.

"Everyone is going nuts. You have had 56 phone this morning. Everyone is saying that you and Mr. Sarieo are going to shake things up." Ceil said quickly.

"Ceil relax will you. Take a breath." Tina said walking towards her office.

"Okay I am calm now. Every one is waiting for you in the board room." Ceil said.

"Thanks inform them that I will join them in a moment." Tina said as she walked into her huge corner office. She sat her briefcase down and sifted through the pink message sheets. She picked up a file out of the briefcase and walked into the boardroom. Everyone stood.
