After Tonya Chapter 1: Phone Call
Alice was perplexed at what she saw on her computer screen. She had her
chart up on the screen and was looking at Dana’s name. There were lines
sprouting from Dana’s name, connecting her with Melanie, Lara, Tonya,
and of course Alice. The line that worried Alice was a new line that
had appeared linking Dana directly with someone named Caitlin. Lice was
sure there was some sort of mistake, but she couldn’t help but wonder
if there was something her girlfriend was keeping from her. Dana didn’t
seem like the type of person that would cheat, but Alice felt uneasy
because of course she had cheated on Tonya with Alice. “Don’t be such
an ***** Alice, Dana wouldn’t lie to you.” Alice scolded herself aloud.
Just as she finished this her cell phone began to ring. She jumped
slightly, recognizing Dana’s ring tone immediately. Alice picked up the
phone, but before she could say anything she heard sobs coming from the
other end of the line. “Dana, honey, what’s wrong? Are you okay?”
“Aland” Dana said sobbing. “Dana calm down, I can’t understand a
word you are saying. I’m coming over, I’ll be right there.” Alice put
her phone in her pocket, picked up her keys and ran out the door. She
raced over to Dana’s house and ran to the door. Alice reached up and
almost knocked Dana in the head as she quickly opened the door. “Oh
baby, come here.” Alice said as she stepped in and wrapped her arms
around Dana. Dana broke away from Alice, quickly closed the door and
locked it. She had stopped crying, but when she turned around Alice
could see the worry and fear in her red, puffy eyes. “What happened?”
Alice asked getting very concerned with Dana’s quietness and the fact
that she was visibly shaking did not calm Alice’s nerves any. Dana took
a step toward Alice when the phone rang. Dana jumped nearly a foot in
the air when the loud ringing broke the silence of the room. Alice saw
the fear rise in Dana’s eyes as she backed away from the phone that was
sitting near Alice. Alice turned her head to look at the phone as it
rang once more and slowly reached over to pick it up. “Hello.” Alice
said slowly as she watched Dana. “Where is she?” shouted a woman’s
voice. “Who is this?” Alice asked a little louder than her normal
voice, a little upset at the ‘greeting’. “PUT HER ON THE PHONE!!!” came
the other woman’s voice so loud Alice moved the phone away from her
ear. “Listen lady, I don’t know who the ***** you are or what the *****
you want, but you need to stop.” Alice yelled into the phone. The other
woman’s voice got threatening, “Tell Dana she’s not going to get away
with this; she can’t ignore me forever.” There was a click as she hung
up the phone. Alice’s mouth hung open as she hung the phone up. Dana
began to cry again as Alice walked over to her and gave her a hug.
“Dana who was that?” Alice asked sitting Dana down on the couch. “She
started calling about two and a half hours ago.” Dana said holding her
tears back. “She is scaring me Al.” she said as Alice pulled her into a
loving embrace. “It’s okay baby, I’m here for you.” Alice said placing
a kiss on Dana’s forehead. “Who is she and what does she want?” “Her
name is Caitlin, I don’t really know who she is. She keeps saying that
we are meant to be together and things like that.” Dana’s tears began
to flow again. “She sounds crazy, she keeps saying that we HAVE to be
together and there is no other way.” Alice tightened her grip on the
woman she loved and cursed herself silently for thinking for even a
second Dana would cheat on her. This woman was obviously a psychopath
and quite possibly delusional. “I don’t even know how she got my
number, it’s unlisted. If she could get that who knows what else she is
capable of?” Dana said in a panicky voice. “It’s okay, I’m here.” Alice
said in a soothing voice. Just as she finished the phone rang again and
startled both of them. Alice picked up the phone and hung it up
immediately, she then unplugged the phone. “Let’s take you over to my
house, you can stay with me for the night and we can try to figure this
all out in the morning.” Alice said stroking Dana’s hair. “Okay” Dana
sniffled getting up, “just let me get some things.” “Here, let me help
you” Alice said following Dana into her bedroom. Dana broke down again
as she reached into one of her drawers to get some clothes. “Oh honey,
come here” Alice said wrapping her arms around Dana from behind. Dana
turned and wrapped her arms around Alice. “Why don’t you lay down and
I’ll get your things for you.” Alice said walking Dana over to the bed.
“Hold me” Dana said laying down on the bed. Alice lay down next to her,
kissing her on the forehead and wrapping her arms around the sniffling
woman. Alice could feel Dana start to relax as she held her. Dana began
to calm down and exhaustion overtook her body as she drifted off to
sleep in Alice’s arms. Alice thought about waking Dana so they could
leave, but she couldn’t bring herself to do it. Dana just looked too
peaceful. Before long Alice slipped into a comfortable sleep.

I hope Dana is get better and be happy and be carefully with your crazy fan. Don’t be alone by yourself, just be with your best friends that would be great and good for you too.
Stalkers are always scary. I’m very interested in seeing how you get the characters to deal with such a potentially messy situation. Love how Alice jumps to Dana’s rescue.
Hell yeah I’m loving it, You should post on my group too.
Looks to me like Ionya is out in full forse to scare the dog mess out of Dana. Might be a fan that thinks Dana is in love with her. Thanks
