Chapter 4 – Reaching out to you
It’s been two weeks since the last time that Bette saw Alice, Shane and Tina. The last time was the day she talked to Shane which simply left her upset.
She loves Tina and she has no doubt about that. She suppressed her feelings for a long time because she doesn’t know if it will be reciprocated by the blonde
but she is now thinking about the big question ”What if she really has a great shot of happiness with Tina?” She will be too damned to never try. Bette knows that she
couldn’t live forever with that question in her mind so she needs to take the risk.
She couldn’t stop her feelings anymore. She couldn’t wait for Tina to unfold herself because she feels like her heart is ready to explode anytime soon.
For two weeks the brunette just stayed at Mika’s Apartment. She talked to some of her friends but she didn’t talked to her bestfriend which left Tina wondering if there is
something wrong with the brunette or if the blonde has done something wrong with Bette. The truth is she just needed to clear her mind but Mika’s presence never helped her because her girlfriend was even more demanding of her time. Instead of spending it alone she would often found herself tagging along with the doctor. For two weeks, she was exposed to various medical functions that are just too boring for her since the doctors would always discuss medical matters which for her are so out of the world topics. If they are not attending some functions, they are often out for shopping. Mika loves to shop and the doctor showered her with gifts that she would want to acquire through her own hard work but she couldn’t say no to her girlfriend so she now owns a new expensive camera and laptop which she can use for her work courtesy of Mika.
After her breakdown two weeks ago she went straight to see Mika at the hospital. Her girlfriend gave her a concerned look so she lied and told Mikaela that she was just suffering from migraine and maybe feeling some stress because of her hectic work schedule.

I hope Tina is serious and not playing games with Bette. I think Bette should have either broken up with her girlfriend or they agree to take a break. This just looks like she waited for Mika to go out of town so she could play. Can’t wait to read more. Thanks for posting.

This was an interesting chapter.
I understand that Bette could not stand the uncertainty, and wanted to move forward. whatever happens after that she told her feelings for Tina.
it really would have been better if Bette, breaks up with Mika! (I have a feeling Mika will not go easy, she really possessive personality.)
I feel like, Tina did not take this thing seriously, why did not she tell Bette how she feel?

That must be the song of Bette for Tina. But seriously, Bette need to remember the word “assuming”. reacting so quickly.. giving up so easily without hearing what Tina’s about to say. She’s really afraid, isn’t she? She wanted to be sure first. Is that the reason why she didn’t broke up with Mika first before she confess her feelings for Tina? I’m with them, she should’ve broken up with her gf first. But since you’re not ready yet to let go of Mika, then so be it. I think Mika is not that easy to get rid of. Maybe you should bring on some drama. It’s gonna be exciting! Ok, I get it! Tina’s not ready, She’s still confused. She’s not that sure about her feelings for Bette yet.

Um, this is not good, Bette should break up with Mika before her and Tina start dating. But I am happy they admitted their feelings. Just curious that based on the title if they will actually be a couple.
