As Dana made her way to her friends table she noticed someone she hadnt seen before. Damn, she is gorgeous. she thought to her self.
Meanwhile Alexis had regained her composure and finished telling everyone about buying her house, but she still hadnt taken her eyes off of Dana.
When Dana reached the table, she took the empty spot next to Alice.
Group: hey Dane
Dana: hey guys
Shane arent you going to introduce me to your friend?, Alexis said a little to quickly and made her self blush at the request.
Shane: Oh sorry, Alexis this is Dana, Dana this is my friend Alexis.
Alexis: Its nice to meet you Dana
Dana: Nice to meet you too
Once the introduction had been made, they all started talking again. This time Shane told Alexis what she had been up to since their younger days. Then Alice, Tina and Bette each told a little about them selves and when and how they had all met Shane. Alexis felt bad that she was only listening half-heartedly but she couldnt seem to stop looking at Dana.
Everyone had noticed that Dana and Alexis had this intense look going on between them, and silently chuckled to them selves.
To break the stare Tina spoke,
Dana, before you got here we were trying to figure out what to do today, got any thoughts?
Dana had come out of the daze she was in to realize that Tina had said something to her, Well, I have that photo shoot on Wednesday, I was gonna go look for something new to wear.
Tina: Great, shopping it is!
Tina smiled knowing that she was going to get to do what she wanted after all, and payed no attention to Alice and Bette who once had grumbled at the thought of shopping.
Bette figured that since she was gonna have to go, she might as well ask Alexis if she wanted to go. At least shed have someone to talk about art with.
Bette: Alexis, would you like to come with us?
Alexis: Id love too, but I have an appointment at 11:30 and its, oh god, its 10:45. Im sorry everyone but I have to go.
She noticed a look of disappointment on Danas face as did everyone else when she said she couldnt join them. As she stood up, Shane followed suit to give her another big hug before she left.
Alexis: It was so great to see you, do you wanna meet me here tomorrow morning, say around 8:00?
Shane: Yea, that be cool.
Alexis: Ok. It was really nice meeting all of you, I hope to see you all again.
As she said that last comment she aimed it more toward Dana, who hadnt said very much.
Alexis: Bye
Group: Bye
Once they had all watched Alexis walk out of the caf, they turned their attention to Shane. Dana was the first to speak.
Dana: Oh my god Shane,shes incredible!
Tina, Bette, and Alice: Yea!
Shane: She is isnt she, but it seems you caught her attention Dane.
Dana seemed is disbelief of Shanes comment,
What do you mean, I could hardly say two words to her
Shane: Well if you could have seen her watch you when she saw you walk in, she couldnt take her eyes off of you. She was talking to every one and she even forgot what she was saying.
Hearing that made Dana blush, Really?”
Shane: Yea Dane
Alice: Shes right she was talking right along and then she just drew a blank, she didnt even remember that she was the one talking. Not bad Dane, for only saying two words to her.
Dana: Shut up Al, I couldnt say anything to her, I just kept looking at her eyes. Im such a dork.
Shane: Its ok Dane, shes sort of always had that way about her.
Tina: Yea its ok Dana, but anyways, why dont we go and see if we can find you something to wear for Wednesday?
Dana: Alright, lets go, but by the way do you guys think your going to be here tomorrow, cause if you are I could stop in really quick.
Once all they stopped laughing at Danas weak attempt to disguise why she really wanted to stop in the next morning Alice said, yea Dane, well be here, and maybe you can say three words to her tomorrow
Dana: Shut up Alice
They all laughed again and with that, they all stood up waved by to Marina and exited the Planet to start their day of shopping.
Meanwhile…
Alexis was running around her house trying to get everything she needed for her anointment. Just a she was heading for the door the phone rang.
Alexis: Hello?, oh hey Taylor…, no Im kinda in hurry…, yea Ill call you later…, yea…, ok…, by the way, I just met the most beautiful woman I have ever seen…, yea…, I tell you about it later…, ok…, by.

Wow that was just awesome the way they couln’t take their eyes off each other,can’t wait till the nexxt chapter when they meet for the second time around!!Great stuff.
