    Bette takes Tina out on their first date, Ava has a “talk” with her lover.

    ". . And one and two and three and four! Step, step, sway, step back, step forward, one, two and – Tina!"

    Tina was in her own little world, dancing from memory at the same time she was thinking of Bette. She had a good rhythm going until memories clashed however and she ended up smacking into Helena, she turned a little too soon.

    Though it was a simple mistake, Tina had made the same one four times in the last hour. At this point, even the backup dancers were getting upset.

    "You’re supposed to sway your hips one more time before you turn. Come on, Tina we’ve gone through this" Helena pursed her lips and placed her hands on her hips. She was happy that Tina was allowing herself to have a some fun with whoever she was with the night before but Helena needed her focused. At the rate they were going, they wouldn’t be ready for their upcoming performance.

    "I know, I know" Tina sighed, putting her hand on her forehead that was slick with a thin sheen of sweat, "I’m sorry, I’m just distracted"

    Helena saw the expression on Tina’s face and hers softened immediately. She draped an arm around her friend’s shoulder and walked with her toward the refreshment table.

    "Look, I know you have a lot to deal with. Going from complete celibacy to a hot, rough one night stand can be overwhelming but-"

    "Whoa! Who said it was a one night stand?" The words left Tina’s mouth faster than she could even realize she had been thinking them. It was an automatic response and it was so clearly defensive. Her night with Bette meant so much more than a simple one nighter but at the same time, Tina wanted to kick herself. Now Helena would never leave her alone until she figured out who Tina had been with.

    "Are you saying it wasn’t?" Helena smirked as they reached the table, bending over to grab a plastic cup and fill it up with cold water from a large blue container. She looked at Tina with amusement, she noticed the pink tint on the blonde’s cheeks.

    3. That was a *great* first date! Lol, @Hellbent & Merlion, I immediately thought the same thing about the hand-kissing! About Sam and Ava… they deserve whatever karmic ickiness that’s coming their way. Ugh. I really hope Tina’s trip to NY goes well, cos Bette seems like she’s in for some Ava-induced havoc in the interim. Thanks for the post, Liah! :)

    13. Great update. Knew I was right about ava and sam. Now Bette and Tina have to be strong enough to throw her to the street when she shows up and call the police. And yes, let ava admit to Tina that she was with sam that day in her apartment. Then let those two get whatever is in store for them and let it hurt. They deserve it. Please keep Tina and Bette safe.     17. Grr Ava u little fuck! SHES THE ONE WHO HAD THE AFFAIR WITH SAM FIRST!!! I hope Tina finds out the whole truth about Sam and Ava fucking around while she was with Sam and I hope both Sam and Ava get a good kick in the ass! Oh dear God please grant Ava a bit of brain so she realized that she is the one who initiate the affair and may she is not going to do something stupid or harmful! .. I am curious how Heather finds out!! And also speaking of curiosity.. Liah… Would you please clarify that when Rob kissed Tina’s hand, it’s not the one which has been doing the .. Uhm, well.. You know! … :-p LOL.. Anyway.. I am so want Tina and Bette to find out the truth about Ava and Sam!!
