    Bette surprises Tina and gets a surprise of her own.

    "Don’t touch me, Bette" Tina said angrily, sitting herself down in the seat and slowly bringing a hand to her face. Bette couldn’t see anything, Tina’s blonde hair was shielding her face from view.

    Bette was confused but she tried once more only to have her hand slapped away this time.

    "I said don’t touch me!" Tina finally lifted her head and Bette could already see the tender area on her lover’s jaw. It was red and slightly swollen, bits of purple were seeping through. It would turn into a nasty bruise.

    "Jesus . . Oh God baby" Bette immediately got on her knees to try and stroke the sore area but Tina moved her head back in the way.

    "Don’t"

    Bette still had no idea what was going on but she didn’t say anything. She remained on her knees in front of Tina and waited patiently, watching while her lover winced at the pain she felt when she touched her cheek.

    "Fuck Bette. Why did you do that? Why did you hold me back?"

    "Is that what you’re mad about?" Bette said with annoyance as she got to her feet and walked over to the ice bucket beside the vanity mirror, "Are you seriously kidding me right now, Tina? I was trying to protect you"

    "Yeah, look at what good that did" Tina pursed her lips at the brunette who was collecting ice from the bucket.

    She saw the flash of hurt in her lover’s eyes and Tina immediately let out a deep sigh of regret. She was angry that she got sucker punched and knew that if she hadn’t been blocked by Bette that she would have been able to retaliate in some way. Tina wasn’t normally the one to start a fight but she would defend herself if possible. She hated that Ava had the audacity to dangle her failed relationship with Sam in her face and had the fucking balls to land a punch. If anything, Tina’s ego was hurt the most.

    "I’m sorry baby. I just . . she’s too fucking spoiled for her own good and she gets away with everything. I wanted to show her once and for all that not everything is about her. She’s my cousin but I’ve never wanted to punch someone in the face more than I wanted to hit her. God I really wanted to hit her"

    5. What a psycho! think Bette will have to break up with Ava several times ha!I hope Bette and Tina don’t get into Ava’s game, because a person like her could be very manipulative.Excellent chapters and as always with your stories i keep wanting more more and more.PPVS

    7. looks like tina or bette caught what ava was saying about sam… i am wndering if they say any thing about that… ava just about told tina she was the one who sam was with… any way… ava needs hers now… maybe a fewe lost teeth too, this way she can’t sing any more…now that would be her due justice… love this story… and it will be sunday here in NY in about 4 and 1/2 hours… :)

    11. I thought they were already a couple? I can’t believe Ava was even mobile after sucker punching Tina. I would’ve been waiting out in the parking lot with a ski mask, bat and Cadillac. I read the Ava fight scene with Kanye West’s Flashing Lights and it totally went together. Thanks Miss Liah 😘

    14. Ooohh, Ava is going to absolutely get it, and it cannot come soon enough, even though I think she has a lot more crap and trouble-making up her sleeve. But even though I tried to read slower, I still reach page 11 before that!! … :-( that might lead me to another round :-p and dear lord how come Ava manage to go inside there!? And bypassed 2 bodyguards?! And punch Tina!? Ugh!! She must be so small* and slimy* so she managed it huh!? *pun intended* so looking forward to what happens next! :-) thanks Liah for the update and enjoy your weekend getaway!
