The room was filled with the aroma of a home-cooked meal one Christmas evening. The lights were low and the mood was romantic when Tina turned to look at Bette.
"That was a fantastic dinner hunny," she smiled contentedly, relaxing back into the couch. "See? … I told you the meal would be absolutely delicious."
"And it was," Bette smiled back, feeling exhausted after their attempt to finish what was on their plates. Then a grin slipped onto her face, and Tina became curious.
"Do tell," she chuckled, moving slightly over to lean onto Bette’s shoulder. "What are you thinking about?"
"Oh … just one Christmas in a limmo," Bette smirked, instinctively playing with Tina’s hair while she thought back, seemingly fascinated with the ceiling corner as she kissed the side of her wife’s head. "Back when we were young … and stupid …"
"And bad," Tina laughed, enjoying Bette’s loving caress.
"We’re bad now, too," Bette teased.
"I think I know the one," Tina continued, her laughter settling down. She relaxed into the comfort of Bette’s arms as they both thought back to that interesting night several years ago.

"This has been a great Christmas," Tina smirked, swirling the wine around in her glass as she teasingly crossed her legs. "And I know this isn’t all you had planned, so tell me where we’re going."
Bette wanted to laugh at Tina’s confidence, but it was held back when she let her eyes run up Tina’s legs and imagine what she was wearing under that beautifully skimpy dress. "What makes you think I have something planned?"
"I’ll be damned if you haven’t thought of something," Tina grinned, bringing the glass to her lips.
"You’ll be damned either way," Bette chuckled, setting down her own glass, "After the things I’m gonna do with you tonight."
Tina laughed heartily. She loved when Bette talked to her like that, and she was beginning to get excited for what Bette had in store for her. They had been going out for a few years, and Bette knew some of her darker fantasies, but they had only acted on a few of them.
"Leave the glass," Bette smiled, getting up from her seat, "Leave the dishes … just get up and look out the window."

Happy Holiday to you as well GrindRight. I agree using ones, imagination in quest to fulfill a romantic fantasy can become very gratifying particularly while riding in a limousine. Special holidays such as Christmas Day or celebrating a birthday should always bring out our creativity by setting goals to please a love one, which will lead to a very satisfying and memorable day. Your description of Maggie having, “One blue eye, and the other green” I found very intriguing. Tell your story GrindRight I am listening.
