    PAYBACK IS A BITCH AND THEIR NAME’S ARE KENNARD/PORTER…

     

    Tina:  I’ll tell you what… if this works and I don’t see how it wouldn’t… you’ll both see that tape

     

    Jill:  So when are you going to tell Bette

     

    Tina:  Tonight… I can’t tell her this over the phone… maybe in the car… I don’t trust Alice… she might have the house bugged

     

    They all laughed at that statement

     

    Patty:  I would love to meet this Alice… is she this crazy all of the time

     

    Tina:  Oh god yes… she’s a reporter… always in everyone business… don’t worry when we have our house warming party… you will both be invited

     

    Patty:  So will this happen before or after the house warming party

     

    Tina:  Definitely before… in fact the sooner the better… every time she looks at me I feel like I’m standing in front of her naked… so I have to level the playing field

     

    Patty:  Oh you will… in fact you will be sitting in the balcony

     

    Jill:  Bette won’t have a problem… will she

     

    Tina:  if you could have seen her face that day… No… No problem

     

    Tina called Bette as soon as they got back to the office

    Tina:  hey babe… how’s your first day back?

    Bette:  Not to bad… I like it… actually I think it’s going to be just fine…

    Tina:  Well babe I have the perfect payback…

    Bette:  really… well I’m listening…

    Tina:  No not over the phone… some place really secure… I don’t trust Alice

    Bette:  So you think she bugged my office line

    Tina:  I won’t put anything passed her…. besides this is to good to chance… so later ok

    Bette:  ok… let me go… I have my first meeting with the board

    Tina:  You’ll do just fine… later babe I love you

    Bette:  I love you too

    Jill:  So how are you going to tell Bette…

    Tina:  You know I don’t know… some place where no one else could possibly hear us

    Jill:  In the shower

    Tina:  smiling… I like that… thanks… in the shower it is…

    Jill:  OMG… another visual… dam girl… your killing me… wish I could be there well not in the shower, but when it happens

    Tina:  I wish too but for this to happen I can’t have too many there… Alice will suspect something… it has to be spontaneous

    Jill:  oh it will be… but don’t forget we get to see the tape

    Tina:  oh yeah… I’ll bring it in for you and Patty

    Phone rings

    Tina:  Hello Tina Kennard… yes… really that’s great… ok thanks

    Jill:  So…

    Tina:  That was Patty… her girl friend works in the camera department and she will set up the camera for me… she also wants to see the finished product… this is going to be good

    Jill:  We will have a party at your house… you could show us all

    Tina:  cool… ok I guess we should get back to work

    3. You’ve got me hanging. I almost thought we’d be getting the payback this time! I pray it will be coming up next. But…as usual, another great chapter. I know you will make it worth the wait, but please don’t let us wait too long before you post.

    12. I’m eagerly anticipating the next chapter. For I have seen that other’s as well are eagerly waiting. The pressure is mounting as quickly if I say so myself. Excellent and entertaining as always.

Ummmmy chapter, we are all waiting with baited breathe for the other shoe to fall.Like jjll, I too like the addition and interaction with other characters, in fact I thought that you had found Alice a gf in Patty until she told Tina that her gf works in the camera department. I think in the end, the only way to slow Alice’s roll is to get her a gf other than Dana. I have never really liked the paring of Alice and Dana mainly because I think that robs both of them of a best friend to talk to about thier gf and it is enough that Alice has sleep with someone in thier family circle. She does not need to work her way through the rest. Come on and bring on the “Rest Of The Story”.
