    I Elizabeth Porter take Thee Christina Kennard to be MY Lawful Wedded Wife…

     

    Linda was then escorted down the aisle…

     

    Again Tina listens… as she hears someone singing… AVA MARIA… and again she smiles… her heart skipping a beat…

     

    They were ready…

     

    First Kit walked Bette down the aisle… and they were now waiting…

     

    The girls followed… one by one… then Lisa walked down the aisle alone…

     

    Bette moved and stood at the end of the aisle… as she saw Tina and her dad start walking toward her… the smiles on Bette and Tina’s face said it all… they only looked at each other… no one else mattered… as they reached Bette… Frank turned and Kissed Tina and then kissed Bette… and took his seat next to Linda…

     

    Bette held out her arm to Tina and they locked together… and then they turned and stood before the Minister…

     

    Minister:  Dearly beloved we are gather here today to witness Elizabeth Porter and Christina Kennard’s love for each other… They both have decided to write their own Vows… Elizabeth whenever you are ready…

    Bette:  Tina… I have thanked God every day for that day that you ran into in… I always thought love would never come my way… so I never looked… until I met you… you have given me a reason to want to come home from work each and every night… a reason to wake up… knowing you are sleeping right next to me… you gave me a reason to live… I could go on and on… but I know you know what I mean… also knowing that you are very traditional…. I want to end this by saying…

    "I Elizabeth Porter… take thee Christina Kennard… to be my Lawfully Wedded Wife… to have and to hold… for richer or poorer… in sickness and in health… from this day forward… till death do us part…

    Minister:  Christina whenever you are ready…

     

    Tina was fighting back tears… as Bette held her hands tighter… offering all the support she needed…

     

    Tina:  Bette… Its so hard to believe that was almost 2 years ago… but it was a day that I will remember the rest of my life… the moment we met… I felt this connection… this electricity… and I had to follow my heart… and I thank God I did… we didn’t write our vows together, but we both know what’s in our hearts… and I am traditional…
