Bette:  I’m the one who’s pregnant this time…

And again there were cheers from all over the room… well all except one… Shane and Dana both heard her…  Alice kept repeating… I don’t understand it… why her… what did she have that I didn’t… tears were pouring down her face… she turned and ran out of “The Planet” … not caring who she ran over on the way… until she turned the corner and was face to face… and then they both hit the ground…

Alice:  I have a best friend… her name is Bette… we dated years ago… nothing serious… she said we made better friends then lovers… what could I do… if I didn’t agree we wouldn’t even be friends…

Tasha:  you thought you made better lovers…

Alice:  yeah… Bette was a “Player”… I knew that but we had a great time… and the sex was out of this world… the things she can do with her tongue… anyway… Bette always said she was never going to settle down, marriage was not for her, not when there were so many women and so little time… she had a different girl every weekend and in between… until that day… I’ll never forget that day… another car hit her precious car… well that’s the day she met Tina… and to top it off… Tina was straight… I always knew Bette could turn anyone, she fell head over heels… I thought once she had her way with her, she would be yesterdays news… its like Tina has a spell over Bette… then 2 years ago the big wedding… the reception… the honeymoon… and then Tina has a baby… they play house, Dana has Lara, Kit has Anthony, even Shane who by the way is just like Bette was a few years ago…she has her eye on a little Latin number Carmen… everyone has someone to help keep the sheets warm…
