Bette smiles and slides into her bed, taking Tina’s words to heart barely audibleI love you Tee, I will try, I will try. Bye.
Both ladies hang up clutching the telephone to their chests wishing they were clutching on to each other. Needless to say neither one slept that well that night.

Monday morning came, Bette was up and showered before the room service wake up call. When the call came through she was already dressed and ready for her day. First stop a good cup of coffee and a bagel to go. She planned on visiting an artist that is known as a recluse and the only time she will be able to even see him is first thing in the morning. He paints all night and sleeps all day. Bette offered to take him out to breakfast but he flat out refused. He would only see Bette first thing in the morning so they compromised on a 730 am call. After this call she was going to see some Gallerist to see the set up of some of the artists that she will be trying to highlight for her upcoming show. Her day is full and she hopes she will be able to grab a decent meal some time today.
Tina’s alarm clock goes off at 6:30am, she starts with a stretch and then a sigh realizing she was alone and she had six more days like this. She didn’t get to sleep until 3am; she sauntered out of bed, eyes barely open and into the shower she goes. In the shower her imagination goes wild, all she pictures is Bette, caressing her, kissing her, washing her, she is wet thinking about it. Oh Bette, I miss you so much. She finishes up her shower and gets ready for work. As she is pulling out clothes she notices in one of the drawers some of their toys. She smiles and says.Now that just may be the way to put my fire out until my baby gets home. Tonight my friend, tonightTina dresses, runs out the door, greeting the gang at the Planet, and they cannot believe that she is a bachelorette for a week.

Great job, Janice! I’m glad Tina found a way to satisfy herself while still including Bette in some way. Poor Bette’s running herself ragged. She may not have energy to make love to Tina but it might be okay since Tina’s made herself so sore! lol

Yeah, Amanda…Get those big battery packs @ Costco. lol. You won’t run out at “critical” moments.
Thank god the tape didn’t break. You can always run out to buy more batteries, but you can’t make copies of a broken tape. I guess I don’t get out much. I had no idea you could get batteries in a 24-pack. :O
