They appeared to be both having nice dreams, the only problem was, how was Tina going to explain being in Bette’s bedroom when they both woke up the next morning.

The next morning, Bette was the first one to wake up. When she was fully awake, she looked at the clock to see what time it was. She always set her alarm for 7am, but today was Saturday, and a rare day off for Bette, so she had left the alarm. She was shocked to see however, that she had slept fitfully ’til 9am. Bette turned around to get more comfortable in bed, and got the shock of her life.

Sitting there in the chair in the corner of her bedroom, fast asleep, was Tina. The first thing that Bette realised was how absolutely beautiful she looked. All thoughts and initial shock went right out of her head, as she stared at the woman she had been dreaming about all night.

Before Bette even realised it, ten minutes had passed and the phone began to ring. It took her a minute to fall back into reality and register what the sound was, before quickly answering the phone.

"Hello" she said in an almost whisper

"Hey, Porter, it’s me, i thought we were supposed to be meeting at the Planet, like, twenty minutes ago." replied Alice.

Oh fuck, Bette thought to herself, she’d totally forgotten.

"Oh, yeah, er.., sorry, you know what,um, can we postpone?" Bette whispered.

"Er, yeah, sure. Is everything Ok?"

"Yeah, everything’s fine" Bette whispered.

"Then why are we whispering?" Alice whispered back.

"Well, i don’t know why you’re whispering Alice, but i got to go. Bye." Bette said as she hung up.

She turned around to see if Tina was still asleep, but despite Bette’s best efforts, and her whispering, Tina had woken up.

"Hey stranger." Bette said with a huge smile on her face.

"Hey" Tina replied, before realising where she was and what she’d done the night before.
She was so pissed at herself for falling asleep, now she knew she had some explaining to do.

"I mean, shit, fuck, er… sorry, um, i guess you’re wondering what the fuck i’m doing in your bedroom" Tina stuttered.

"Oh, no, don’t worry about it, I always wake up with strange women in my bedroom, although i must admit, they’re not usually sitting over there." Bette teased.

"I guess you wouldn’t believe me if i said i got lost on the way to the bathroom?" Tina laughed, trying not to respond to Bette’s comment.

"Nope, sorry, find that kinda hard to believe" Bette joked.

"How about sleep walking? Is that a good excuse?" Tina asked, now only half joking as she tried to find a plausible reason.

Bette sat for a while, and seemed to be contemplating it, before she looked over at Tina, with a huge smile on her face.

"Actually, that is a really good excuse, but i’m afraid it’s one i don’t buy" Bette said, still smiling.

"Ok, give me one you will buy" Tina said, again only half joking.

Bette sat silently for a minute before making her way over to Tina, as she got to the chair she knealed down so she was eye to eye with Tina and just looked at her for a few seconds before she answered.

"How’s about the truth?" Bette asked.

Tina looked deep into Bette’s eyes before speaking.

"OK, the truth." Tina replied.

I Have another chapter written guys so if you still want more, let me know. I think i can wrap this story up in a few more chapters, and try a new one, and hopefully stick to schedule with that one. Let me know what u think i should do, as always, truly appreciate ur comments and feedback.
