    It’s A Small World………..

    Bette boarded the yacht and as she entered the room she saw Alice and made straight for her.

     

    “Where the ***** have you been Bette?” She demanded.

     

    “Sorry Alice I couldn’t get a ride back from the beach.” Bette explained.

     

    “The beach?” Alice sneered.

     

    “Yeah Alice, the beach.” Bette said sarcastically, shooting her a filthy look.

     

    “Why don’t you sit down Bette.” She addressed the rest of the table. “I’d like you to meet my girlfriend Bette Porter.”

     

    Alice introduced Bette to everyone, wondering if she could get away with snubbing Tina. But that would have been too obvious.

     

    “Oh yeah and this is Tina.”

     

    “My wife.” Eric said.

     

    “Your wife.” Bette repeated.

     

    Bette stared at Tina. Tina stared back. Time stood still.

     

     

    Tina had no clue how she got through dinner. She tried endlessly to avoid looking in Bette’s direction, and she knew Bette was trying to do the same with her, but it was impossible. Their eyes met constantly and every time they did, the electricity generated seemed to ignite the whole room.

     

    Over the course of dinner they both found out a few things about the other.

     

    Bette owned an art gallery in Los Angeles and had been with Alice for Six weeks and was rapidly becoming a big personality in the art world.

     

    Tina on the other hand worked for a movie producing company and had been married to Eric who was an avid art collector for the past two years.

     

    “Are you the same Bette porter who just portrayed Catherine Opie’s latest works on the television?” Eric asked.

     

    “Yes.” Bette replied.  

     

    “I heard that showing was very successful, it’s definitely placed you on the map in the art world. You must be very proud of yourself.” Eric exclaimed.

     

    Tina felt a little foolish hearing Eric and the rest of the group sing Bette’s praises, when she herself had never even heard of her.

     

    Well why should she? Who was Bette Porter in her life anyway? So she had fucked her. Big deal, ***** was *****, and it was rather unfortunate that she had ever set eyes on her again.

Been so long had to go back and read the first one again, Tina never seen to be the type to mess around, But if my spouce,husband,partner or wife spoke to me like Eric did,shit would hit the fan.
