“No, we don’t.”
They fell into each others arms and the following kiss went on for minutes on end. Neither wanted to break it and seriously considered falling into a coma was a good thing after all.
But all good things must come to an end… eventually and finally both regained some equilibrium to quit. They had their hands around each other and grinned.
“Love you, Darling.”
“Love you too, my heart.”
They stood there a little while longer, both deeply in thought.
“Love, what are we going to do with Blue after we checked out ?” Bette asked.
Helena had thought about that too. “We should bring him over to your old house. One of the maniacs can babysit him.”
“Maybe Shane and April are home ?” Bette kidded.
“I don’t think April stayed the night.” Helena said.
“Why ?” Now Bette was intrigued.
“Because.. I get the feeling Shane isn’t ready.” Helena blushed. “It takes time.”
Bette remembered the Dylan fiasco, but didn’t want to dig into that now. Her information was only hearsay and to this moment she hadn’t had the opportunity to talk with her lover about it.
Helena watched the processing of thoughts on Bette’s face and could almost follow them. Bette’s face was now an open book for her and the brown eyes so expressive. She never would have guessed the deep connection she now felt was possible.
She had hurt after Dylan, but had finally pulled herself out of the deep hole. Now she knew what love was… that she felt intensely. This was not a fling for her… It was all or nothing.
They looked at each other with a new shyness, which wasn’t present until now.
“Methinks we have very much to learn about each other, don’t we, Lena ?”
“Yes, that is so true. I want to know every little detail about you, Bette Porter.” Helena reached up to caress Bette’s cheek.
“Hmm, since I’m older than you, that could take a while.” Bette kidded her.
“I sooo don’t care how long it takes.”
“Maybe a lifetime ?”
“Maybe ?”

Alice finally woke up again. The sunlight was streaming through the window into her eyes. Not trying to open them for fear of hurt, she nonetheless bent her head into the direction.

Wow Kijuma…maybe I shouldn’t have read that before bed…I am gonna be tossing and turning all night…hope I don’t keep someone up. What next Kijuma? Will Blue start talking? lol…Belena dear I say you bring the script on over to the house and join our BBQ…we can come up with some wonderful story lines (I am so not a writer so when I say “we” I mean you…lol)Kijuma where is Tina? Where is the drama? and where is Susannah?
Behind on comments, Sorry. I have one beautiful cat but feed about 15 more. L feed my first and the other get a cat feeder full for the rest of the day. Have them from wee ones to large ones and my cat is so contend to have his friends over for breakfast and dinner. They come to eat a little and go home. What is funny is to see the mommy cat leave with 4 or 5 little butts following her down the side walk. Marina and Jenny (maybe) Bette and Helena (yes) Max ??? Alice never can tell. Shane and April (maybe) Blue Porter will keep them all on their toes. As we all know they own us. Love this. thanks

You are right it’s not boring by a long shot. You have taken a story and use many of the characters in it. It’s very refreshing too see a writer take their skills to another level and showcase their talents. You have done a great job in creating a very relax atmosphere for all parties involved in your story. Thanks for the update,I can’t wait for you next post. Great job as always!

Talk about smokin hot!!! Wow, Bette did a number on Helena there. So when do they get the new kitten anyway? And who was that calling out at Bette’s house? PPS!
That was some seriously hot Bette/Helena loving! Very intense! Very cute scene with Alice waking up to Jenny and Marina. That was hilarious! I definitely wasn’t expecting that but I loved that Jenny and Marina are getting closer and everybody’s getting to know the real Marina. Very well done!
