    Bette and Mekayla go too far, but not really.

     

    MK:  “you sure? I don’t wanna intrude”

     

    Bette:  “No.  Please, come”

     

    MK walked over and sat across from Betted.  She seemed a bit uncomfortable around her.  Bette thought it was from last night.

     

    Bette:  “Hey I wanted to thank you for last night, taking me home and talking to me.  I really appreciate it.  I hope I didn’t say or do anything

     

    MK stopped her

     

    MK:  “It was my pleasure.  Believe me.”

     

    MK looked seriously at Bette in that way.  All Bette could do was smile.  Betted noticed MK was staring at the baby.

     

    Bette:  “Her names Angelica.”

     

    MK seemed to snap back to reality.

     

    MK:  “How old?”

     

    Bette:  “About 7 monthswould you like to hold her?”

     

    MK’s eyes widened like Betted asked her if she wanted her to strip.

     

    MK:  “OhnoYour having your q.t.  I don’t wanna inter”

     

    Bette:  “No please.  It’ll actually give me a chance to eat my lunch.”

     

    She got up and took Angelica around to MK.  She gently place Angelica in MK’s arms.  MK seemed nervous but seemed to know what she was doing.  MK was silent.  Betted sat down and began to eat her salad.  She watched as MK stared at Angelica.  She played with her lil hands and inspected the child.  After a few minutes Angelica made a loud cooing noise and began to make noises as if she were in heave conversation with MK.  This amazed even Bette.  She never heard her daughter so excited.  Then something happened that amazed Bette even more.  MK looked up from Angelica and exposed some of the straightest, whitest teeth Bette had ever seen.  MK smiled.  It lit up the entire room.  It was the most beautiful smile Bette had ever seen.  It made it even more so because it was so rare.  Bette could do nothing but sit and smile back at her.  They locked eyes for what seemed and eternity.  Angelica dropping her rattle in excitement seemed to break their trance.  MK started to reach for it.

     

    Bette:  “Wait.  I’ll get it.”

     

    Bette came around and picked up the toy.  She sat I a chair next to Angelica and MK.  They both sat and looked at the child.  Talked and played with her.  Bette noticed people looking at this seemingly happy family.  If only they knew that this wasn’t all the members.  Betted felt good displaying her new, progressive style family.  She had looked forward to doing things like this with Tina, but this never happened.

    2. u no that bette and tina will never really be over ther is 8yrs of love between them. right now tina is going through something and bette can only sitthrew it and wait.bringing other pplin the mix will only hurt not help.so in the end tina will come back to bette,its up to bette if she still wants to be with tina. i no they still love each other but they need to talk and illenenot doing it that way.we should have some flashbacks from six months ago and we would no what happened to them and why tina is so bitter with bette.

    4. i agree with fantasymay…bringing another person to the relationship won’t help…either break them up and let them move on with different people, or make them work together through all the s***….i don’t think Tina is trash, it’s kinda harsh thing to say..she’s trying to figure things out

    5. Hey Vibes, thanks for answering my question. I hear what everyone is saying about compounding the problem by bringing another person into the equation, but I ask what is Tina doing? Do they have an open relationship (which is scary in itself) or is this thing one-sided with Tina exploring? Though Bette said (will say), she can not guarantee that she would be there once Tina is done exploring, I believe Bette is crystal clear that her heart is with Tina. However, she is still reeling and unstable because things are unsettled. As the uncertainty is an unhealthy start for any relationship, I do hope Bette and Mekayla continue to build their friendship as friendship really is all that Bette can truly offer now. But Vibes, please go where your heart leads you. Thank you for sharing.

    6. We alway manage to take up for our girls. I would like to knock their head together and tryto make them see what is going on. We have a third one in the picture right now Let no get another poor soul into this mess. Two people are going to come up the winners,we can only hope that it our girls Thanks
