    Bette: “I don’t understand, why not. What did she do to you?” Tina: “Bette let’s not talk about it, not yet, I will tell you but just give me some time please.” Bette: “Ok listen it is Thursday afternoon, why don’t we go away for the weekend, I have a cabin about two hour’s drive

    Bette: “I don’t understand, why not. What did she do to you?”

    Tina: “Bette let’s not talk about it, not yet, I will tell you but just give me some time please.”

    Bette: “Ok listen it is Thursday afternoon, why don’t we go away for the weekend, I have a cabin about two hour’s drive from here. Let’s go there for the weekend, come back Monday and then we can decide how and when we’re going to operate on Ella. Hopefully you will have enough faith in me to tell me the whole story, because I know that you are withholding info from me.”

    Tina: “You know me to well, ok fine we can go, but please let me pay for the food for the weekend or gas for the car.”

    Bette: “I make you a deal, you are going to drive us there, and you are going to pay for our pizza tonight, and we are going to talk about a work for you. Come let’s go.”

    Tina’s POV

    We drive back to the house and start to pack, not that me and Ella got that much to pack. I need to speak to Bette, I can’t borrow her cloths forever. Finally we are in the car and on our way. Bette set the gps with the cabins address and for the first hour or so she and Ella tells each other stories and sing songs then finally it is quiet in the car, both of them are asleep. I’ve got time to go through everything that happened in the last 2 days. Wow what a turnaround it was. I know I love Bette and I know that this is our second change, but I’m afraid. What if it doesn’t work out? What if we hurt each other again? All of this is going through my head, and I know that I don’t have answers.

    Bette: “A penny for your thoughts.”

    Tina: “Hey, how long have you been awake, I thought you’re still asleep.”

    Bette: “Don’t change the subject. But if you must know, I’ve been awake for a few minutes. So what did you think about, while we were asleep?”

    Tina: “Well, you know I’m a bit afraid Bette. What if we can’t sort thing between us. What if we hurt each other again? What….”

    3. Wow, if Alice really planned that i will kick her ass to another world.

      They are moving very fast, but what can i say, being in love after all this time doesn’t have a time line.

    5. Thanks for the chapter. This Alice is very vengeful and if she dislikes Tina being with Bette so much, what would she try next if she thinks they are getting back together. There is no way that I would trust her to help operate on Ella, she could do something during the surgery that could leave the child blind or worse and blame Bette so Tina would not want to be with Bette again. Never trusted Alice, even on the show, she was always doing or saying something to undermine their relationship. She might have filled Tinas’ mother with lies that made her turn against both Bette and Tina. Will not be surprised at all. Thanks for posting. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
