“Now that the arrows have been removed the pain is not as intense however she lays in a great deal of discomfort.” Leaning down Gaia gently strokes her forehead then looks at Bette. She understood her meaning, however this time she stubbornly refused to acknowledge.

“Kelly gratitude, “she spoke the words Bette would not. Kelly nodding her head silently accepts her gratefulness then looks at Bette. As soon as their eyes meet Bette turned away and with it any further words showing any appreciation towards Kelly for saving the young women’s life. Irritated by her behavior Kelly begins cleaning up in doing so the two younger soldiers carefully lift the injured woman and began taking her down towards lower ground with Bette following behind them. Gaia remained assisting Kelly with disregarding any evidence and gathering all tools needed to help repair the womans wounds.

“Bette to is grateful towards the deed.”

“I find your assumption to be false as she wish it is me lying on the ground wounded.”

“You speak with foolish tongue, “she untruthfully spoke as every word Kelly spoke held both truth and meaning.

“And rightfully so, she is a married woman and will not waiver towards the venom that you spill.”

“If they were you wouldn’t stand accusing me of spilling venom and not your friend.” Gaia did not know what to make of her words.

“Bette has never given reason to question her loyalty as dear friend and wife you on the other hand I question all things as you continue to press beyond position, “Gaia words struck a nerve as it was confirmed Bette spoke to her about their altercation that occurred a few days ago.

“A position although she would deny was equally shared——-.”

“Bette, “she says rising her voice, “Made her decision she choose to follow her heart, her heart belonging only to Tina!” Grabbing the last of her belongings Kelly walks towards Gaia.

“Cybele, your wife how is she?” Hearing her wifes name spoken caught her off guard she wasn’t sure why or how she knew of her but now more than ever she demanded Kellys attention.

“Her name!? How do you know of my wifes name!?”

“Both Bette and I know Cybele very well, “she says smirking, “Your dear friend may not be so dear or loyal after all, “she says before walking away.
