Ch 15
Shane and Carmen had spent a few days lazying around at Shane’s apartment. In the morning, Carmen would cook Shane breakfast. Then they would go for a walk on the beach, and chat a little. No more games between them, no troubles for them to get into. Shane was finally opened up to Carmen completely and Carmen felt so blessed to have Shane by her side.
“Can I ask you something?” Shane said out of the blue.
“Shoot.”
“Did you really pushed one of your body guards out of the car and shot one of them?”
“Where did you hear that from?”
“You remember that night I punched a bartender at Ray’s nightclub?”
”Yeah… and?”
“He told me that.”
“And you punched him?” Carmen raised her eyebrow looking at Shane.
“No, of course I didn’t. He said a lot of other things too.” Shane waved her arms up to claim that she was innocent.
“What did he say?”
“Unrepeatable things.”
“And you punched him.”
“Yes. He deserved it.”
“That’s the first time you defended my honour! You deserved a big thank you!” Carmen lowered herself to kiss Shane. Shane’s hands slipped under Carmen’s shirt and caress her back. Both let out a pleasure moan.
Carmen pulled back a little to said, “And you defended my honour or my bike at Angel’s cliff after that.”
“Yeah. I am your guardian angel.” Shane gave her the cutest smile.
“Well, how should I repay you?” She smiled evilly.
“You already have, Carm.”
Carmen straddled Shane and pin her hands down on the mattress, then she positioned herself to kiss her lips. Her knee slot between Shane’s and deepened her kiss at the same time causing Shane to gasp with pleasure.
“More.” Shane whispered in between kisses.
“As you wish…brace yourself for a rollercoaster ride baby…” Carmen answered with a lusty voice.

The day of the operation was approaching fast. Carmen wanted to tell Shane how she felt, they were on Shane’s bed, just listening to some music.
“Shane.”

AWWW. Well i know how you feel and know hat you mean. i hope you can write other stories that will captivate me
holy freholy, forget the heart attack, I think I might have had a stroke…can only wait with baited breathe for the conclusion.
Poor Shane~ I bet if Ray let her see Carmen again, she can rememer all about Shane suddenly. Thanks for this great update but I am sad at same time at the fact that it’s just left only one chapter.

Hey C, thanks for the update. Shane must feel as if history is repeat itself with both Cecil and Carmen deciding that they don’t her to see them in their less than perfect state of being. It must feel like abandonment to her… again. I hope that Shane and Carmen can find their way back to each other.
