Oh, I can’t believe she’s late again, not for this. That girl is always late!

I keep pacing in my room. I haven’t told my mom’s what we’re up to, but I know they know we’re up to something, cause they’ve talked to my aunts. I’m pretty sure they’ll let me go though, since Bette and Tina lets Clara go. And I’m pretty sure they’ve all called aunt Alice to check what we’re up to, I just hope that she’s kept her mouth shut.

I hear Dana yell at me from downstairs so I grab my bag and run down the stairs.

“Clara’s here.” She tells me and points at the door.

“Great. Bye!” I yell and run for the door.

“Be home by 7 at the latest!” Lara says from the kitchen.

“Yeh, yeh, I will. Bye.”

We say bye to Lara and Dana before we get out of the house.

“So how come Bette and Tina let you off the hook?” Josh asks me as soon as we’re out on the street.

“Actually, I’m not sure.” I tell him. “And I’m not gonna push my luck. If they wanna let me out the easy way on this one, then who am I to argue?” I shrug and Josh laughs at me.

“So did you call the others?” I ask as we continue our walk towards Alice‘s.

“Yeh, they’re gonna meet us there.” Josh says.

“This is gonna be so awesome!” I smile widely. “I just hope they won’t be mad at us.”

Josh laughs a little. “Are you kidding me? They’re gonna kill us.”

I shrug a little. “Well, at least we’ll have done something fun before we die, and that’s not the worse way to go you know. Besides, they might surprise us, as they tend to do that sometimes.”

“Well, I don’t know about your parents but mine aren’t all that keen on public humiliation.” Josh laughs a bit.

“What? You call that public humiliation?” I give him a little push. “Hey, for your information, we rock!!”

Josh laughs at this. “Okay, okay, we’re amazing, we’re the best ever! World, here we come!”
