    Bette, Jo, Tina… Drool/NC-17 alert…

     

                Jo sighed, giving Bette a lopsided grin and turning the fire on under the skillet, putting her hand over it to gauge the heat.  “I know you think I’m all saintly, not being pissed off.  But, I’m not.  I can just see where you are coming from, is all.”

     

                “It was just a kiss,” said Bette wanting to make sure that Jo understood that there was nothing between she and Tina besides them being friends and raising a child together.

     

                “And you told me about it, that was the whole point, I’d have been angrier if I’d found out about it some other way, don’t you think?  Anyway, what would you do if my ex came back into my life?” asked Jo.  Tossing the buttered bread onto the skillet with a practiced hand, wondering what that would be like, Amy and Bette in the same room, shivers ran up Jo’s spine at the thought.

     

                “Get fucking jealous, keep you away from her, I have read your books, and if it was half as intense as you wrote it, I’d be building the Berlin Wall,” laughed Bette.  “I see where you are coming from.”

     

                Jo laughed, envisioning that happening, Bette fighting off Amy, then she shook her head to clear the vision, “But would you trust me with her?”

     

                “I would,” said Bette instantly.

     

                “See, and I trust you with Tina.  There is no mystery here, just two people who are communicating, stop making it more than it was, just a kiss.  So it stung a little bit that you actually kissed her back, but you know, I’ve lived a long, adventurous life, and I can use a dash of normal every day drama once in a while, and I guess that qualified,” said Jo flipping the sandwiches and turning to pour the milk.

     

                “I can help,” began Bette but Jo shook her head, waving her to sit down.

     

                “Ah’m handlin’ it, hoss, Ah got it all under control,” said Jo in a dead on southern accent.  “Ah think this gal can handle whipping us up some grub.”

     

                Bette laughed, “God, you do that so well, it’s rather scary, are you sure you aren’t an actress?  FBI agent, PI, acting could be next.”

    4. Oh SHIT! Jo…make a run for the exit! JM, I knew you were good, but Damn! Loved that Jo let Tina know that she wouldn’t tolerate Tina kissin’ on her g/f. Oh yeah & JM, I’m on bended knee here, please don’t torture us by making us wait too long hopefully your computer is hearing my plea. Loved the update. Wonderful.

    6. OMG,didnt think you would bring Amy out of the wood work, Bette doesnt know that Jo and Amy was together at one time. Loved how is a very nice quite way Jo told Tina that she wouldnt tolerate her kissing Bette ever again. Its Saturday nite can we have a Sunday nite one?     9. Gads, Jo and Bette are just so very hot. Tina’s just going to have to step off Jo’s woman. That being said, I see something about to hit the fan, all brought on by a soon-to-be former Senator. More as soon as you can, cheers!

    14. “Do we HAVE to have B&T in every chapter?” Yes Janet we do…you should know that’s what I like by now…lol. I don’t ask for much. It seems like a little drama is coming up with this new person…please keep posting (*wink*…with a little B&T) even though I actually like Bette with Jo a little bit. I know I am all over the place with my wants but you are making it hard for me to decide.
