    Author Notes:

    “Right now, she wishes that it was her in my place.”

                Bette and Helena were walking the streets of LA with bags in hand. Bette smiled at Helena as they continued to walk.

     

    “I can’t believe how much money was spent. Question: do you have a limit?” She laughed softly. Helena looked at her and smiled.

     

    “No, I guess I don’t.” Bette locked her arm with Helena’s.

     

    “You really spoil yourself.” Helena laughed softly. “I don’t if I can…quot;.” Bette stopped in her tracks. Helena looked at her.

     

    “What’s wrong?” Helena looked forward and saw Tina standing in front of them with Destiny and a new friend. “Hello Tina.” Tina smiled.

     

    “Hi Helena, hi Bette.” Bette looked at the other woman and smiled.

     

    “Hi Tina,” Bette towards the stroller and bent down. “Hey Destiny, how’s mama’s baby?” Destiny smiled and reached her arms out for Bette. Bette leaned forward and gave her little girl a kiss. She stood back up and looked at Tina. “So who’s your friend?” Tina looked up at her and smiled.

     

    “Candace, you remember Bette and this is the wonderful Helena Peabody.” Candace said hi to Helena, but didn’t say a word to Bette. She looked at her as she wrapped her arm around Helena.

     

    “It was nice to run into you guys, but we have a schedule so we’ll talk later.” Bette and Helena started to walk away. Helena looked at Bette.

     

    “Who’s Candace?” Bette sighed.

     

    “That was the first woman I had an affair with on Tina, and Tina is seeing her.” Helena shook her head.

     

    “I can’t believe that she would do something like that. I would of never thou…quot;.” Bette stopped her.

     

    “No, it’s fine. It doesn’t break my heart. I hope that Tina finds true love, I really do. I know I did.” She looked up at Helena and smiled. Helena leaned over and kissed Bette gently. She pulled away and smiled. Bette laid her head on Helena’s shoulder as they continued to walk.

                Shane was lying on the couch, watching TV. She flicked through channels and sighed. Jenny walked out of the room wrapped in a sheet. Shane looked up and whistled at her friend. Jenny smiled and walked over by the couch. Shane sat up as Jenny sat on the edge of the couch.

    5. If anyone was waiting for proff that Bette was over Tina I think we just got it. I love that Bette had like no reaction to Tina w/ Candace….Both were probably just looking to make Bette jealous; to bad suckas! Post soon.
