“Tina! Lets go, we’re going to be late!” Bette ran around the house like a chicken with its head cut off. She doesn’t want to be late to the wedding. She still felt woozy from the night before at the bachelorette party. Tina came around the corner with Destiny in her arms. She sat Destiny down on the floor and fixed her skirt. “Are you ready?”

“Yeah, I just need to grab my jacket.” Tina turns back around and heads for the bedroom. Bette grabs Destiny’s bag and set it on the counter. She slid on her shoes and grabs her jacket. Tina put her jacket on and starts to walk to the door.

“Alright, lets go.” Bette grabs Destiny’s bags and heads for the door. Tina grabs Destiny’s hand and walk out behind Bette. They get in the SAAB and pull off down the street.

            Alice was pacing back and forth in the room at the church. She starting to have jitters and didn’t know how to control. She starts to bit her nails and twisting her dress. Shane walks in and stands in the doorway.

“Al, you wanted to see me.”

“Yes, I’m nervous. I’m worried that this day isn’t going to be right at all. I feel everything isn’t going to go as planned.” Alice takes a seat on the couch and buries her face in her hands. Shane walks over to her emotional friend and kneels in front of her.

“Alice, look at me.” She looks up. “Everything is going to be fine. It’s your special day; nothing is willing to go wrong. I’ll make sure of that. You didn’t get me in this dress for nothing.” Alice smiles at her and nods her head. “Jordana loves you and wants you to be her wife. I haven’t seen anyone in love as bad as Jordana is with you. This day will work, and you will be walking down that aisle as someone’s beautiful bride.”

“Thanks Shane. You know exactly what to say.” She smiles and wipes Alice’s tears away.

“Alright then, lets get you married.” They both stood up and gave each other a hug. “I love you Al.”
