Danish: From Beginning to End (Episode 9)

“I don’t know.” Alice giggled and kissed Dana again. “But I know what you mean.” She mumbled against Dana’s lips

Alice’s phone rang, interrupting the intimate moment between the couple.

“Dammit.” Alice muttered as she answered. “Hello? Hey Shane…Sure…Ok. What time?…We’ll bring the beer…Yeah…Ok…Bye.”

“What did she want?” Dana asked

“She’s having everyone over at 8. That cool?”

“Sounds great. Now finish your work. I’m gonna take a shower.”

“Ok.” Alice pushed Dana off of her. “I’ll take one when you’re done.”

    “Ok. I’ll be quick.”

Dana got off the couch and went into Alice’s bathroom to take a shower. Alice tried to focus on her work, but gave up with a sigh after she spent 5 minutes looking at the same sentence. Jumping up from the floor, Alice stripped as she walked to the bathroom.

“Al?” Dana asked as she heard the bathroom door open

    “No, it’s Tonya.” Alice joked

    “Not funny.”

“I know.” Alice walked into the shower. “I’m sorry. I just couldn’t concentrate on work knowing you were naked in the next room.”

“I know. I’m such a hottie.” Dana laughed

“Yes, yes you are.” Alice winked

“I’m really not drinking this time.” Dana said as soon as she walked through Shane’s door. “I cannot be late to practice again tomorrow.” She glared at Alice

“Don’t look at me.” Alice said immediately

Dana stuck her tongue out at the blonde.

“Let me guess; you’ve missed training all this week.” Helena smiled

    “Just two.” Dana said defensively

“Sweetie, it’s only Wednesday.” Bette laughed

    “I know.” Dana sighed

“Come on Dane. We were gonna play a drinking game.” Shane said

“No. I’m the designated driver.” Dana said firmly

    “Party pooper.” Jenny frowned

Everyone made their way from the kitchen to the living room, and Alice wrapped her arm around Shane’s shoulder. “We’ll slip her a few.” Alice whispered with a laugh

    “Totally.” Shane nodded

“Ok, ok. I have one.” Jenny announced, waving her arms to get everyone’s attention. “If you had one wish, what would it be?” Everyone groaned. “What?” Jenny asked, perplexed

“We almost got through the night without someone asking that.” Carmen laughed

“What’s wrong with my question?” Jenny asked again

“Nothing Jenn.” Shane smiled at Jenny. “I’ll answer. If I had one wish…” She paused to think. “I’d want my own hair salon.” She nodded

    1. i gotta agree with dana… girls who wear glasses are FOXY as hell. top it off with a good case of bedhead and it’s enough to make my knees weak. is that weird? : )

    2. Lol, you never fail to crack me up. This was a nice chapter, really shows the interaction between Alice and Dana, you capture it so well. I can’t wait till Hawaii..post soon!

    3. Wow! With writers like you who needs to watch comedies for laughs! This is such a great story, and I can’t wait for the next chapter! Please post soon!

    4. The interaction between Alice and Dana is as comical in your story as it was when they were together for real. My favorite line…….. “Al?” Dana asked as she heard the bathroom door open”No, it’s Tonya.” Alice joked”Not funny.”**********Funny as hell to me.

    5. this story just gets better and better… i love the interaction between Alice and Dana, it’s so sweet. Can’t wait to read more :) keep up the good work!

    6. Yay! lol wonderful! ive been waiting for you to possst for like forever!I love the whole looking back even tho it makes me kind sad! cuz i miss dana but you write her very well enough for her to still be “alive”. Let me just say this chap had me rolling from the no its tonya to the sitting on the egg thing! : rolls on floor : it was a must. So… when Alice said “”I guess we’ll pick up tomorrow” was that like.. for sure tomorrow or.. normal fanfic time much later? lol plzzz post soon! :)

    7. Ok. Ok. I am sooooo busted! Damnit. You are such a champ and I am totally dropping the ball. I promise to post by tonight! I definitely owe you. I will try to post a couple by the end of the weekend. Keep up the great work. I loved this chapter. Post soon. Don’t be like me! HAHA. You are awesome poopy. I promise some payback is on the way :D

    8. Lol, embarassing yourself over stuff like that in public, I know how that feels… ;) Dana and Alice were so cute together in this chapter. That’s why I love fanfic, it sometimes makes me forget Danish is officially over. :D I am not the biggest fan of Shalice…but whoever can make Alice happy, can make me happy (you made me like Helacious with you story). So erm…in the name of Shalice, bring Shane back to the studio…even if Alice has to drag her in. :P Btw, I love the bribing all the (Danish-)writers are doing right now…it seems to work. :D

    9. Another hit! Great job once again, I don’t even need to worry about wether or not I’ll like your stories they are wonderful. It hasn’t been that long since I’ve posted, but lately I’ve found myself needing to go back and read my own story to make sure I don’t screw anything up. I loved the Tonya comment, very much something Alice would say. You’ve got all of the characters personalities perfected…your name wouldn’t happen to start with an I and end with a C would it? Great post I look forward to the next
