“Sounds good to me.”

“Would you mind getting the kids changed while I get the grill going?”

“Not at all.”

They all got out of the pool, got dried off, and headed in the house. Bette showed Tina where the bathroom was and headed back outside to get dinner started.

Tina watched as Colin headed toward his room. “Do you need some help Colin?”

“It’s Ok Tina I can do it”

“Ok Buddy.. let me know if you need anything”

“Ok”

Tina took the girls into the bathroom to help them get changed.

“Momma” Skyler said

“Yeah baby”

“I like Bette she is nice”

“Me to Momma, and Colin”

“They are very nice… Let’s get you girls ready so I can help Bette with dinner.”

“You guys want to watch a movie while we get dinner ready?” Tina was met with a resounding yes from all three. “Which movie you want to watch?”

“What about Shreck 3?” Colin asked.

“YEAH!!” both girls replied at the same time.

Tina put the movie in and headed outside to Bette.

“Hey you… need some help??”

“I’ve got it under control, but I would love some company.” she said with a smile.

Tina walked up behind Bette wrapping her arms around her waist. “Today has been wonderful… even better than I imagined.”

“I have had a great time” Bette leaned back and turned her head to place the sweetest kiss on Tina’s cheek. “What are the kids up to?”

“They are watching a movie”

Bette turned around in Tina’s arms, their lips met and the kiss quickly deepened the intensity grew and desires heightened. Bette gently pulled at Tina’s bottom lip with her teeth as they broke the kiss to catch their breath.

“T.. I was thinking maybe we could put another movie in for the kids after dinner and we can spend some time together.”

“I would like that a lot babe”

The rest of the evening progressed as wonderfully as the afternoon did. They pulled the sofa sleeper out for the kids to watch a movie, they were thrilled, and both women secretly hoped that they would fall asleep allowing them more time together. Bette and Tina headed out to the patio and laid down together on a lounger. Bette wrapped her arms around Tina and held her tight.

“I have had an absolutely perfect day today T”

“I know Bette, the kids were so good together. I don’t think it could have gone any better.”

“I’m so glad that they all get along so well.”

“Me too babe”

Tina kissed Bette, but it was different this time her kiss was filled with desire, her tongue running across Bette’s lips begging for entrance, which Bette quickly granted. Both women could feel the difference this time, the heat was more intense the desire ran deeper. Tina shifted her body so she was on top of Bette. They broke the kiss to look into each others eyes both found deep pools of desire and need. Tina attacked Bette’s neck, kissing, licking, and sucking. She worked her way down to Bette’s collar bone and down to Bette’s chest. She felt Bette’s body tense under her.

“Baby I’m sorry… are you Ok?”

“I’m sorry T… I want to…God do I want to… I…I..”

“Shhhh baby it’s Ok… you don’t have to explain.. I understand…” Tina was interrupted by Bette’s soft tears. “Oh Baby don’t cry…Bette Honey look at me…” Bette looked up and found love and understanding in Tina’s eyes. Tina thought to her self for a moment ‘follow your heart, you promised her’ “…Bette sweetheart it’s Ok I understand…Bette I want to be together with you… I love you… I don’t want to push you, but I want you to know so you know I am not going anywhere, I will be right here by your side until you are ready. Bette’s tears continued to fall she had never in her life felt more loved than she did at that moment.

“T… I love you to… thank you for underst… “ Tina cut her off…

“Shhhh… Bette don’t thank me… I want to be with you… I want you in my life for a long long time and I am willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that happens.”
