“Do you think that you could warn me before you spring any more royal blood out of your hat or veins?” Elizabeth murmured only loud enough for Christina to hear.
“I apologize Elizabeth.” Christina searched her eyes for understanding. “I had forgotten these prophesy and did not see its application until Slater knelt before us.”
“I will not yield you.” Elizabeth said in a dangerous tone of possessiveness that sent shivers of need through Christina.
“If the prophesy is true you were foretold. ‘It is said that a new day will dawn for the divided peoples of Vulcan when the offspring of logic and the offspring of passion join in a way more profound than in the offspring of Hephaestus. This event is prophesied to take place when the jewel of three houses weds not one or two but three to another in a bond that cannot be broken.’
I am the daughter of Vulcan and Romulus and Terran. I am joined in a bond which cannot be broken and wed these three worlds together.”
“In a way more profound than in the offspring of Hephaestus” Elizabeth concluded. “It does not get any more profound than what we share.” Ebony eyes met hazel and in the meeting the ever present fire between them roared to life.
“You expect me to sit through this endless meal before we mate?”
“I expect you to exercise the control of a Starfleet, Starship Captain” Kennard replied her face betrayed nothing, the heat of their meld told everything.
Elizabeth and Christina were seated to the left of Rhaina and Spock, while Rheana and Serena were seated to Rhaina’s right. T’ Pau of Vulcan sat in the center of the table. Hera and Rau sat across the table, with high ranking officers by their sides. The remaining seats at the table which seated one hundred were filled and an additional table for one hundred was filled with important officers of the worlds of the Federation. Admiral Kirk and the Enterprise officers; Pieaseki, Fairbanks, McCucheon and Peabody formed a tight crew to Porter’s side.
Each person at both tables knew they were witnessing history in the making and were pleased to have a seat.

Kelika, I am so loving this awesome adventure. You have twisted these stories together with magical care. It is a great piece of Sci-Fi and Drama melded into one. Christina was magnificent as she defended herself and her wife, Bette. A real class act. More please as I get the feeling there will be more intrigue ahead. Many thanks from Your Loyal Fan.
I have always been a fan of your work and have been a silent reader for a long time but I have to just say that this story just keeps getting better and better. I just love the way you have written Christina and Elizabeth’s characters. It’s amazing to me and such a wonderful read. It’s become an epic. Thank you for sharing your gift with us.
Yay! I can comment again! Had to change my email and then I was stuck for a while. All better now. So we’ve figured out how Tina fulfills the prophecy, how does Bette? BTW, ever seen Queen Christina, a movie starring Greta Garbo? How about Queen of Outer Space with Zsa Zsa Gabor? I recommend them both, for different reasons.
