After Tina finished in the shower, she walked quietly into the bedroom, seeing Bette fast asleep.

Tina smiled and dropped her towel, changing as she decided what she would do to Bette next. She looked back over to the gorgeous woman laying on the bed. She felt lucky, even though they had been together for so long it felt new to her. As another smile embraced her cheeks, she heard the phone ring. She picked up hurriedly to keep the loud obnoxious noise from waking Bette.

"Hello?"

"Hey Tina, it’s Alice."

Tina tried not to laugh at Alice’s unnecessary explanation. "Yes, hello Alice."

"Okay, so I kind of decided to call because I was thinking of dropping by … and I didn’t want to make anyone uncomfortable by barging in."

"Well that’s very nice of you," Tina replied, still fighting to keep her laughter in.

"I’m told I’m too nosy and intrusive," Alice continued as Tina pursed her lips to keep her chuckles in.

On the other end of the phone, Dana was fighting to take it from Alice while both of them were listening to Tina with the phone between them. Alice tried to cover the phone while they argued in whispers.

"I just think that some people might need some privacy!" Dana defended, pulling the phone closer to herself.

"Well it’s not my fault! How am I supposed to know when they’re fucking?" Alice whispered back angrily at Dana.

"Assume they’re always doing it, Alice!" Dana whispered back.

"Wow, wow," Tina giggled, confused by their argument, "You guys do know I can hear you, right?"

Dana and Alice froze with the phone between them before bringing it back to their ears again.

"Woops," Alice chirped, "Sorry about that."

"Yeah sorry Tina," Dana cringed, feeling terrible but also on the brink of laughter.

"It’s okay," Tina smiled, shaking her head at the fact that on this day, Dana was right.

"So we can come over then, right?" Alice happily assumed.

"Oh, uh …" Tina started, looking back to Bette, but also feeling no way out of this without sounding like a sex fiend.

"Do you have uh, something to do?" Dana insinuated.

Tina could hear the snickering on the other end as she rolled her eyes. She figured that Bette was asleep anyways, and a short visit wouldn’t hurt.
