“What about Henry?”

“What about him?, It’s definitely over”

“Have you told your parents?”

“I don’t know how, You know my dad? I can see the disappointment on his face already.”

“Never mind your dad, ._____So, what do you plan to do about Bette.?”

“I have no idea ,- Bette is not even talking to me right now? I think that she doesn’t want to have anything else to do with me”

“Why?”

She was in the office when Henry stopped by today, and it sort of came out about the cheating and the divorce..She thinks that I was deliberately keeping it from her.”

“Ouch”

“W-hat do you mean by that?”

“Nothing, It’s just that, I know Bette , and It seems that she just got her feelings hurt, ____And knowing Bette from what you’ve told me there’s no way she’s giving up on you”

“Are you sure about that?’

“I’m sure. If what I’ve heard is true, then you have nothing to worry about.______miss Porter has finally met her match…. And if I know Bette as well as I think I do , I can tell you she’s definitely not a quitter. Now ,if you’ll excuse me I have a phone call to make.” Helena makes her way to the kitchen. With a mischievous smile on her face,she makes a phone call and waits for the other party to pick up.

“Hey,” Helena says into the phone. “How do you feel about playing matchmaker?”

As soon as she came through the door Bette started stripping off her clothes and heading towards the bathroom. She was hot and sticky, and she wanted a long bath. She also needed to clear her head. She was rounding the corner with her shirt over her head, when she ran smacked into Kelly.

“Jesus…fucking….Christ___” Bette said startled. “Why the fuck are you still here Kelly? I thought I told you to leave?” Bette’s voice sounded friendly enough but Kelly thought she detected a hint of irritation.

“I never thought you meant that.” Kelly said softly as she moved to Bette ,her eyes never leaving Bette’s.”Remember I told you that it was because of a woman why I was here? Well, what I didn’t tell you was who that woman was.”
