“Here this was originally plan A,” Dana taking the square shaped gift and handing it to the awaiting blonde.
“Dane, the fact you asked me to move in with you is…well its just amazing baby, I don’t need anything else”.
“Al it’s nothing that fantastic, here just open it and see.” The brunette watched Alice’s face intensely for the second time in ten minutes as she once again began the unwrapping process, this time she did not stumble across a box but a picture frame and an expensive silver one at that. The picture it held was of Alice and Dana sitting on a couch, about a year after they’d first met and at a family night at Shane’s. Alice had said something witty as usual and Dana was caught in mid laugh along with the blonde, both looking at each other in a moment of pure happiness.
Dana had found the picture at her condo a few weeks ago and knew it was her favourite of them together so far, it was natural and flawless. She suspected Bette to have been the culprit photographer since she couldn’t resist taking a camera to there intimate family nights for fun. Either way Dana was thankful and so was Alice as upon seeing the picture of them she engulfed Dana and whispered I love you into her ear.
A few tears and kisses later and Dana was opening her gift from Alice. In the writer’s opinion her present seemed not nearly as significant or special as the two she had received. She was suddenly hesitant. What if Dana doesn’t even like it? Alice wondered as she sat with her fingers crossed subconsciously and nervously chewed on her bottom lip. The reaction from the tennis player was contradictive to Alice’s emotions; she was ecstatic with the platinum ring she instantly slipped on to her index finger.
“It’s a commitment ring, cheesy yes, but I wanted to give you something that not only reminded me of you but would show you how much you mean to me Dane, plus it can also been known as the ‘Alice’s property so other women step off ’ ring” Alice stated hoping she didn’t confuse the athlete into thinking she was proposing.

Okay, I can never trade you stories. This is just too good, and you went and melted my brain. Now I have to put smut in my update, and I’ll even post it tonight for ya, although you’re like 7 hours ahead of me timewise. Oh well. I’m rambling.
Also! I love that you had Alice put that phrase on the ring, it’s always been one of my favorites from all my Latin classes.

Yes, you’re rigt, Alice was also adorable in the other seasons. But this season…I don’t know, “she’s just so vibrant”. :P Wohoo, it was a 2-pager! :D luvthatErin already described everything I loved about this chapter. So they are going to move in together. Can’t wait to see what will happen next. Btw, if you count all the sex scenes you already have written, I think you will come close to the number 25. :)
