    Bette, Carey, Kit meet Alexandra… How will it go?

    Carey, Kit and Alex laughed. Melvin didn’t but he dicided it was Bette to talk to Bette later and not spoil the evening.

    Kit: So, Carey, how are things with Queen?

    Carey had a goofy grin on his face now.

    Carey: Very good…

    Bette wanted to say something had noticed thad her Dad wasn’t really happy about her previous joke with a double meaning so she just moved closer to her brother and whispered in his ear.

    Bette: Yeah, I noticed, last night…

    Carey got a red head…

    Bette moved away from her brother and laughed.

    Kit: What did you just say?!

    Alex: Yeah, what?

    Bette smiled.

    Bette: Nothing, nothing. So Kit… You and Angus?

    Alex interrupted Kit.

    Alex: Angus?

    Kit: He’s my boyfriend… Everything is great. We want to buy a house together but we really want to move back to the USA. So, Bette, how are my two little angels?

    Bette: Johnny and grace are fine. Tomorrow Tina will bring them over.

    Alex: Can I play a little with them.

    Bette: Sure, if you are carefull. They are only 3 moths old.

    Alex: I really like little children. I promice I will be very carefull… They have beautiful names.

    Bette: Thank you. I choose a few names I liked and Tina made the final pick.

    Alex:  It’s funny thad they are a twin just like you and Carey.

    Bette: Well, I am 10 minutes older than Carey but Johnny is older than Grace so it’s not totally the same.

    Alex: So Carey is your little brother?

    Bette chuckled.

    Bette: He is…

    Carey: We are the sme age, she was just a little faster than me….

    The table laughed and the meal went on. Alex feld good here, it woul never be her real home but it came close to what she had always wanted: brothers, sister and a father…. The only thing missing was her mother… She would call her later. It was really hard for her to look at her mother getting weaker with the day and knowing she would not live in the next year. It made her so sad. She would miss her so much. When she moved here she would miss Chris to. Bette was sweet to offer to buy the wabcams but it wasn’t the same she could not hug or kiss him, she could not go to the park with him or just have a running-contest like they did so often. Singing with him would be history to. She wanted to be close to him. She missed him already.

    1. Great update. Good that they are all getting along so well. Is Alex from LA? Since Kit, Bette and Tina are moving to LA when school is out, Alex could go back and live with Kit, then she could see her boyfriend more often. Thanks for posting.
