“No” Tina smiled “But…it just feels like…I don’t know” Tina said slowly.

“What?” Bette asked “Tell me”

“It feels like you are trying to… I don’t know…make up for something…” Tina said looking at Bette “and it’s making me a little worried”

“Babe” Bette smiled “You have nothing to worry about”

“Ok” Tina smiled but on the inside she still wasn’t sure.

Bette unlocked the door to their house and walked inside followed by Tina.

“Thanks again for dinner babe” Tina smiled as she wrapped her arms around Bette’s neck.

“You are very welcome” Bette smiled kissing Tina softly.

“How about we go to the bedroom where I can thank you properly” Tina said in a low voice before taking Bette’s earlobe in her mouth, sucking it gently.

“Mmm I like the sound of that” Bette smiled.

Tina pressed her lips against Bette’s in a passionate kiss as they stumbled towards the bedroom. They undressed each other quickly and were soon left in nothing but their underwear.

They got onto the bed and Tina quickly straddled Bette before hungrily finding her lips again. Their tongues moved together as Bette moved her hands to Tina’s hips keeping her in place and Tina frantically worked on the clasp on Bette’s bra. She got it open and desperately tugged the bra off throwing it away not caring where it landed.

She kissed down Bette’s neck to her breast taking the nipple into her mouth as her hand massaged the other breast, rolling the nipple between her thumb and forefinger.

Their tongues quickly found each other again as Tina slowly trailed her hand down the brunette’s stomach and moved her fingers through her wet folds.

Bette felt tears build in her eyes as she looked up at Tina. The guilt she had been feeling for the last couple of days was eating at her and she didn’t feel like she deserved the love that Tina was showing her.

Tears started rolling down her cheeks and Tina immediately stopped keeping her fingers still as she looked worriedly at the brunette. Bette didn’t cry often and when she did it was often something serious.

“Did I hurt you?” Tina asked worriedly.

“No” Bette cried shaking her head.

Tina slowly removed her fingers looking worriedly at the crying brunette.

“Bette…what’s wrong?” Tina asked, gently stroking Bette’s cheek.

“I can’t stop feeling guilty” Bette cried averting her eyes from Tina.

“Bette” Tina sighed knowing immediately what Bette was talking about “We’ve talked about this…it’s not your fault”

“I know that you don’t feel that way but I just can’t stop…”

“Bette” Tina interrupted her “Please don’t do this to yourself” she said softly, wiping the tears off Bette’s cheeks.

“I’m sorry” Bette cried “Tina I’m so sorry”

Tina softly kissed Bette’s eyes and cheeks trying her best to calm her down and after a few minutes the brunette relaxed and stopped crying.

“So this is why you’ve been spoiling me?” Tina asked looking into Bette’s red eyes.

“Yeah…”

“Bette” Tina sighed “You know I love it when you spoil me…but I don’t want you to do it out of guilt”

Tina leaned down to place a soft kiss on the brunette’s lips.

“You need to talk to me and let me know how you feel…you can’t just let it build up inside of you until you burst” she said smiling down at Bette.

“I love you so much Tina” Bette said, gently stroking Tina’s hair behind her ear.

“I love you too Bette” Tina smiled “Please just talk to me when something’s bothering you”

“I will” Bette smiled bringing Tina down for a hug.

They both let out a breath as they snuggled close to each other and it didn’t take long for sleep to claim them.
